Rojo, as you will have read, 'strong commitment' from Tanzanian government to build pipeline in next 6 to 9 months stated On 25 November 2022 within PSA Addendum signed:
At the event, the Tanzanian Minister of Energy and Managing Director of TPDC outlined the Government's strong commitment to:
· Develop additional gas resources as soon as possible;
· Accelerate Ruvuma's production, which will play a vital role in achieving the country's short to medium-term gas needs; and
· Construct a 30 km pipeline to tie the Ntorya gasfield into the existing Madimba processing and pumping station in the next six to nine months.
Whilst I am not naïve enough to believe this means it's guaranteed to happen by August (end of 9 months) the intent has been declared and is in the public domain. Spud not reliant on pipeline being in place, that is not a technically correct assumption and drill nearly always come before pipeline in place in these situations so not sure what point you're trying to make here Rojo. Of course you may be correct and another delay is possible, but it's only speculation on your part and the way you frame it is disingenuous. But hey don't let evidence stand in the way eh!
