It is quite possible that all of Harl's contracts were won on non-profit margins. However, might Arun Raman have questioned how he was going to submit any Financial Statements if absolutely no money was being made by the company?

Bonneville. The problem that we have is that if they don't publish the accounts HARL shares will be kicked off the London Stock Exchange and we can be sold for $1 to Serco, Kevan Jones, etc, without any public scrutiny!
