Might HARL NOT have had to go into Administration IF Clive Palmer's financial lifeline had been accepted?

I ask because the ones that I've encountered over the years appear to Hate most everyone - including themselves!

Broomtree. The company wasn't going broke until it lost the Isle of Scilly contract, followed by not getting the Government loan guarantee, followed by losing the Falklands Floating Dock contract.
