Hi AUK, tilts been explained to all Experts by JK1 post, hydrodynamic aquifer required in FB to get HE ‘idea’ - which not present WoS. Halifax separate from Lancaster field.

RNS was very muddy but, had main flow and HE now shutting well in for main build-up. So next is the suspension ops. 15 days way toooo long for than unless they go ‘fishing’ again. 7 days max and then off to WC. Time window WoS running out...

...Lincoln and Lancaster certainly separate! OWC completely different.

With Warwick having different contact to Lincoln - same with Lancaster and Halifax differences, nearly certain all separate. Deeeep but separate so all good. Will be interesting if Lincoln has perched water on DST. Flare certainly shows meshwork connected and very commercial. 100 MMBO now proven so SP heading for 122p on OGA approval.

Cannot see HUR RNS till DST ops complete and well being suspended. This is great too - good rise Monday, steady build and then jump on RNS with commercial rates and zero perched water cut!!!

..must have flare tonight! More than just northern lights tonight - been long time coming post WD whimper. Need big flare >5000 bopd to ignite SP on Monday. Well done to HE getting two FB fields appraised in some 5 years of endeavour. Early RMS on LC rate then on the WD. Good news that whole of Spirit up for sale - need big fish on board to get bigger boat than AM over Lancaster and Lincoln.

‘perched water’

Think of it as ‘dead-end’ pores. If only one entry point oil cannot migrate in because the water cannot drain out (capillary pressure etal). Therefore the perched water takes on the oil pressure and just sits there happily in the oil zone until drawdown from well causes the perched water to expand and to be produced. So can be anywhere in the oil zone where dead-end pores exist. Top or middle or bottom.

Thanks for posting on PW, there are a lot of expert ‘spoons’ on this BB who did not understand that AM did not have it up and running pre-FOIL!

CMD guide (previous) was 6 months to 1 year. Previous, previous was 1 year.

..means possibly that Spirit sale could be slowing Lancaster EPS expansion. Need Spirit to pay half of new boat over Warrick. HUR to fund new boat over Halifax would be unsupportable without HC well producing ~5300 bopd on DST, 2020. ...moneypenny very quite. May only get 100 MMBO reserves approved between now and 1Q 2020.
