It might take months for a large business to finalise everything before putting pen to paper.

Apple started in 1976 and was on the verge of bankruptcy in 1997.

Most well known tech companies took many years/decades to achieve success.

There's hardly any "overnight successes".

People who had shares in the companies probably whinged for England for years but the patient were richly rewarded eventually.

In the normal process of running a business, what tax issues are there that are related to owning shares?

There are no dividends so that's out.

Tax comes into play on the disposal of the shares.

You're hatred should be directed back at yourself (I suspect that's already the case and your outbursts on here are simply evidence of that).

You invested your own money because you wanted more money. No-one forced you.

You didn't have a stop loss.

You just hoped it would bounce back.

No-one should invest with emotion as the driving force, as you had done.

It would be preferable if you could best yourself up in private rather than stinking up this board however you are a sobering case for other investors to learn from.
