Personal interaction is just as important if not more important than the actual information/facts. Understanding a person, their track record and intentions go a long to way to actually taking their opinions/advice and research. For example, I would find it hard to believe if your intentions were to get a price that you wanted or helping others with your comments. It is what it is but I will point out what I feel is necessary for other shareholders, myself and general integrity.

Give credit where credit is due. Someone has been telling us this for quite a while.

Is that not a man you’d be in the trenches with.

We will need immense pressure to build on him. The people and his peers will do that job no doubt, winter is coming.

We don’t obviously know the calibre of the people that were present last Thursday. As I said before the only two guys left were Paul and Lonny, no other interest from the other three presentations. They stayed and chatted until every one felt they had their face time with them and free wine of course. They have been so busy and continue to do the work of about 5 people. They’re top blokes and I’ll stand by that 100%. The board are just as important as the actual success of the company. That was my priority on Thursday and I couldn’t of been more pleased with them.

Perfect example of engaging brain before opening mouth, apologies for my part in that. With getting back late, busy day Friday and family time yesterday I hadn’t had chance to watch it again, very different when you’re there. My main aim was understanding and meeting pg and Lonny, very glad I did. One massive thing I took from it was Paul clearly being dealt a bad hand and has fought back. This always happens when you have someone decent, honest and fair. People nearly always take advantage of that. The very best get back on the horse and don’t get angry but get even.

Paul wants to deliver the gas. He really emphasised that to us, we need to deliver on this. I gathered a 10% chance of us coming across oil with our drilling and testing this year, not 10% chance of oil being there. The oil is most certainly there but this will more than likely be left to someone else with us perhaps retaining a percentage as you say Keith. We need to prove the field to a certain point so we can negotiate a partial sale etc. If we have some success over the next few months it opens everything up. We can borrow against it to carry on with a few more drills, we can negotiate much better sales/Jv’s etc, the ball will be in our court and tbh I feel it already is. The jv discussion’s were to make people aware of the interest we have and also give these guys some info on what is there for the future, might save some time. Whilst we were waiting about I’d say it was a great idea. I’d imagine the three companies will be watching very closely and in constant contact, if the guys aren’t too busy to chat, I’d imagine they will be.
That is all my opinion and what I gathered from my own observations.

One very important thing learnt from Thursday night. How many deals and gas sales Lonny has been part of. We have the right man for the job, there is no better!

I’ll go with Pg’s statement in his speech for now “I don’t fancy giving away 50% of 1.3 billion at this stage and neither should you” Paul and Lonny aren’t here for 80p per share and neither am I. We’ll see very soon and I certainly won’t be regretting putting my money in whatever the outcome.

Just caught up on the posts today. Taking into account the energy crisis I wonder whether any light bulbs have lit up today. Mainly for those who read but don’t listen, understand and dig deeper. Amazing really that all this info has been available for some time, some has been available for a number of years. Sometimes the unbelievable needs to be considered as possible and believable. I’d like to use a quote that I find very fitting

Just touching on the mention of the oil. It was said that we could have a billion barrels oip in the Jurassic section. We would want someone else to drill that and we may have less equity in the licence by then.

I think the presentation will be online today for those that weren’t in attendance. I can promise you now that Pg was top notch and the only interest in that room was for prd. Phones will be ringing again today I’m sure. It was great to see another company talking about T+T, it really is a pain in the arse country with not a lot of upside compared to Morocco. Full focus on Morocco whilst keeping ourselves in the spotlight elsewhere. I really can’t emphasise how buoyant I’am, I’ll try though lol

It’s absolute nonsense, unfounded, not needed and tbh just shows a lack of knowledge. We talked about all sorts of things that were appropriate and the word GENIUS came out, that’s all I’m going to say on that matter.

Also worth mentioning the tax that we would be liable for. I think I remember Pg stating that we only pay 5% on revenues over 70 million or thereabouts and not liable to pay for TEN years. I asked why go down the jv route if we could just raise ourselves. The answer was that we needed to show that we have significant interest and that self funding was always alongside the jv route. These guys really do care about us shareholders and have all of our best interests at the forefront of their minds. Testing mou1 at the time of drilling was not done as some might know because they encountered over 2,500 psi and needed to understand what they were dealing with first. Learning about their backgrounds first hand over a drink or two was the highlight for me. Good, decent and quite frankly bloody clever blokes. Thumbs up for me guys.

P.s Good post Mk111, a couple of good points that you made from tonight. I meant to mention previously but I had someone nattering in my ear on the train.

First of all, devastating news about our Queen. Many do not realise the sacrifice and dedication our queen had and gave us. Never forgotten and most definitely the greatest monarch to live imo.
Tonight was truly WOW!
Great job by PG especially and LONNY backing him up as you would expect. I can say that the two people left in the room were PG and LONNY. Surrounded by people asking questions and quite frankly grilling the guys. I can say with absolutely no equivocations that prd was the only interest in the room and the only remaining speakers left giving whatever time was necessary to speak to all that wanted their time. I had heard that PG and LONNY were top blokes, really cared about the company and shareholders. You really should of been here tonight to see that with your own eyes. I wasn’t worried about naysayers etc before tonight and especially not after tonight. These guys have serious skin in the game and incredible passion for what they are trying to achieve. No, it may not work out but I promise now I will be finding out with them. Poke and prod away but I’ll stand by this post for all of time.
