rumours on our fan boards that some players have contracts such that they must play when fit???? as they triggers appearance money which goes to unnamed recipients..... first heard, but if true this could explain why super had selection issues.... Green was reported to pick team at Sheffield United ... where some players were bought and played without managers say so.... lots of money in agents , fees and appearance money... is this a hidden ownerous contract???. even pmg not got a wiff of this??? fans still nto returning in droves, seems if we hit 40,000 there is payment to unknown sources... these rumours damaging given 8 days in power why does king and co not scotch false rumours with solid facts and figures and details on deeds and the 'so called' ownerous deals.....

@HuhReally - cant see that NOMAD resignation was due to drawdown - as it would have immediately followed that RNS and it did not - NOMAD still releasing RNS after drawdown..... also the drawdown is the "start of the process" not the actual drawdown itself .... so would be premature for NOMAD to resign if club getting loan to secure its liabilities...? With regards to King talking to WH Ireland about being shadow director - being a director or shadow director are both illegal in a business you previously part of in law... no difference. King would know this any 10bit lawyer would have reported this ..... the facts are: 1) King did not have his NOMAD in place and in discussion with WH Ireland - a whopping mistake. If you know WH Ireland will resign - you put your one in and working right away - worst case they work for 2 weeks and you loose vote - but at least you prepare in advance..... 2) King appears reluctant to announce his NOMAD and show he paying them to do due diligence..... - why ? it will probably only cost £25k to do due diligence - then £250k for a yeats NOMAD services (RiFC keep have more than 1 NOMAD per year, and therefore higher listing costs than needed.....???) King is not having good week, he loose a director in 3 days.... who was happy insulting people who put people in orange suits and cut their heads off... why on earth was Graham following this twitter feed of an Islamic preacher....? All directors have background checks.... how did king not spot that ? King is not interested in long term - as we see by his actions.... its all short-termism .... pump and dump anyone ?

Stu - here is the real question for you - why did King not have his NOMAD ready to handover on the Friday .... that could have been arranged ?? what an own goal that was for king - did not see it coming, was not prepared for it, and had no ability to pull rabbit out of the hat ( if he spend £250k on new NOMAD they would have been able to announce it day 1 ) ..... day 8 still no official announcement that NOMAD even started the process.... why not ?

Well what a week - one director gone already ( who put his family, and our club at risk by stupid action ) , 2 draws, no positive new of NOMAD (not even press release that its under way ) , and a new manager, and enquiries against two employees. The childish sycophants have returned from their break - stuzeeuk with his NOMAD lost garbage ( l&l lost nomad??? Nomad resigned when they had lost control and King was about to take his position ) , cambridgeblue who has intelligence of a 10 yr old ( bigger crowds more income - don't we have to pay more out when larger crowds ???) And still suspended shares and looking dire with regards to the payment of next bills in two weeks..... People with credentials of running successful football business gone, people with no success in running football bck on board..... 85% or 57% both different ways of counting the votes.... trolls go for 85% quelle surprise? DYOR - cos these imbeciles cant even read pr scripts.

1 team goes up automatically winning the championship - looks like Hearts (4 more wins and its secure). 1 team can go up via playoffs (2/3/4) play each other - then winner of this plays 2nd bottom in SPFL. So there are 6 extra games to negociate for this extra place. But these games could be after many of our players contracts lapse.... so looks like super gambled that we would win league. Also being in SPFL next year would help share - but would increase costs - there are rumours of additional payments if we win promotion... and additional costs.... So either way would effect share price.

and yet how many concrete announcements made so far - two RNS statements.... Papers full over weekend - no less than 3 long interviews on record. L&L gone yet ? All we have is looking at the books and contracts....... actions speak louder than words.. if we alive and kicking how come we only drew 0-0 with team that lost 10 game before...?
