You have to fell sorry for trolls stuzeeuk and cambridgeblue. Company must announce legally binding statement - so its states Deliottes have resigned in the most cack-handed roundabout way - instead of saying they resigned in last 3 weeks - very damaging to current board - the statement outlines that they have ( as someone else has signed of the accounts ) and leave as a comment that deliottes offered to do this last june - trying to throw spin and fud on the decision. So there goes honesty and transparency - just say when the date they stood down was - we can work it out - previous board had to announce this to LSE - and did not - so was after they stood down - Deloiites wont say cos they don't breach client confidentially - so only people who know are current board - who wont say. As ever read between the lines - stu and cb cant even read... they just follow pr script - which says Ashley bad - king good - lol. they have not got any sense - stu is a timmy troll and cb just an ar*e

PM cannot lie - as board member and that's illegal. But can be economical with the truth - PM will know date they stepped down, guessing its in March - after EGM vote. Since PM would give date if it was anything else..... he has not. £0.5m to help get promoted - only paid IF PROMOTED - peanuts. is it 5-6 goals by 1 loanee gatting hard to keep count..... @cambridgeblue.... most obvious solution is Deloittes said they would resign on xxx date and PM not telling us the actual date as it would expose that they resigned because King on board. PM very careful with saying at little as possible to point blame elsewhere. But clearly they resigned on what date ?
