New share trading to be set up by next Tuesday, and ink barely dry on RNS and opps - need 12 months finance to get onto ISDX took posters on this site less than 2 hours to spot this flaw in the plan... how much did new board spend on NOMAD to fail to get back on AIM, how much spent on new facility, how much spent on prep for ISDX only to fail its criteria. you could not make up a board so incompetent in last 4 weeks.... loosing director, nomad, aim listing, £5m loan, institutional investors, fan board investment....

real amazing thing is stu/cb/amateur have been blaming old board - and low and behold its in the RNS... its almost as if they have been trailing the announcement... all along... were they party to the dececption.. Shock horror - board members linked with board posters... its Imran all over again. @edgie ...If as deloittes have now confirmed they intended to resign in June why was this not announced to AIM or the registrar as legally required ? They may have said will resign if next accounts don't have sufficient lending attached. Simples - no need to announce this to AIM , and not illegal to do that. doubt L&L did anything illegal. As if we go into liquidation that could be banned from being directors for up to 7 years.

If we are delisting - them interims last AIM:RFC statement, and with Deloittes leaving how much did it cost to get others to review these interims at short notice.... wont that be other £300k gone ? Its far to murky pmg hinting board let deloittes go.....
