I did say several days ago that the cash box acquisition

Was an opportunity to add a cash generative addition to the business which would help to alleviate costs during the progression existing projects.

The acquisition by he1, in my opinion is clever and whilst some small initial dilution we are now spreading our risk and buying into a cash generative business earlier than we would have.

This will help reduce costs and assist us into getting cash flow positive in 2025 as lorna has stated in her interview.

The additional ewt next week should strengthen our position further.

In my opinion shareholders lth...will see major gains.

Why would the EU , financially trust a tiny company like clontaff with cross guarantees for a highly complex project..they don't exactly have an historical support for managing prior contracts

Clontaff on its own merits I believe will be unlikely to pass the Financial strength tests..

Over 5 years the regulators will want to see sustained turnover and profitability along with a healthy liquidity ratio..

Having transferred to the FCA recommendations back in June 2023 we must we due an update ..

Forget the current share price its the potential market cap projections that will be the catalyst..

I can see once commercial steams are on board a 100m market cap easily

Yes there will be a fund raise but the dynamics have now changed significantly and with the nice recommendations the commercial developments have become more viable, even a straight buyout as this has legs.

Unfortunately this will now be shorted to well below a penny over the coming weeks ...it's taken nearly 5 months to get this update from October last year..a pity but the market appears to have made up its mind

Yes jam ...I've seen the endless videos and twitter updates but I only base my judgements upon regulated news as this is the only medium that is signed off by the nomad and has accountability.

The lack on news since the 20th October alongside the maturity extension of the bond with yields increasing from 1% to 3% gives the perceived impression that were struggling to attain any meaningful contracts. I hope I'm wrong and that this is just prudent financial housekeeping but the wait for news is in my opinion well overdue.

Unfortunately with no market updates since the 20th October this has continued to drift south.

However if and when positive news lands one could quite easily be locked out.

No market update since the 20th October...so we'll overdue on news...possibly reached the bottom on share price ..news probably over the next 2/4 weeks ..any positive news on contracts and we could see a 300% plus rise from here.

For most medium and long term holders it would of been better to have entered administration as at least you could of mitigated losses against profits to reduce tax bill.

The next stage will be a share consolidation with even more dilution..may get a small rally before then

Hopefully we will have some positive news on the above over the next few weeks.
