Whilst interest is shown in the product the company would appear to be having difficulty convincing and converging interest to contracts.

In my opinion the stumbling blocks could relate to due diligence processes by the respective customers proving the company enet is unable to meet the test criteria for purchasing.

: namely will the company by in existence long enough to meet the contractually obligations of honouring the sellers and purchases requirements.

These would of included ...

Profit and loss and balance sheet analysis and cash liquidity tests.

I hope I'm wrong but if this is the case then it's just a company vanity project to pay the directors lifestyle until they withdraw from there listing.

As I previously mentioned i believe the problem lies within enet not the product ...

Any purchasing companies due diligence will involve ascertaining enets reliability and solvency.

No company will buy a product without the firm belief .." will the company be around long enough to fulfill the obligations of the contract".

The mcap is key and even with the additional share dilution on the 9th Dec..there is plenty of enhanced growth to come and with results coming on the 29th November that could well be the start of the catalyst.

Think it's safer to be in than out.

A nice 40% of fund raise to pay for salaries and raising costs ...we now where there interests lie...

Stretching the boundaries of creditability 6 weeks ..8 weeks is within the period of temporary.

It's apparent that by now we should of had some contract wins however insignificant they may be.

But nothing...why?

Unfortunately like a lot of companies on the junior markets the company lacks credibility and is unable to pass the business stress tests that any purchasing company would apply when entering into a contractual deal.

The bottom line ...would any company enter into a binding contractual obligation if they felt the company supplying would not be around long enough to honour the terms of the contract.

However I do hope I'm wrong and probably not long to find out.

Bid to offer is awful

Yes a pre pack administration could happen with a buyer in the wings..but I don't think so as future funding could be secured against the order book ..

They have already alluded to increasing receivables to reduce debtor days and thereby increase cash flow and this will help with reducing overheads.

A placing is possible and cannot be discounted but I don't believe this company will fold.

With the right support this could massively re.rate.

With this lowly market cap and growing order book ..

Makes this a catalyst for a potential takeover target in my opinion.

Whilst there is some short term pain...the customer support and order book is crucial.

Customer orders would not be increasing as due diligence would of been taken prior to purchase orders.

Medium to longer term this is massively undervalued.

As I see it and only my opinion ..the issue here is not the product but the company.

How do you convince a company to enter into a contract 🤔 on the basis of...

Will the company be around long enough to honour the contractual obligations of the sale.

Any company entering into negotiations with enet will evaluate the financials and strength of the business.

Therein lies the problem.

Let's hope that the forward looking statements will give the catalyst for a share price uplift

Due by Sept month end...

Could well be the catalyst for share price launch.

After the news which was already factored into the share price and with no details on the feasibility study the price has reacted accordingly..without further news and not anticipated for a few weeks the price could well be significantly lower by the end of next week.

This could multi bag very quickly..just purchased more before the masses arrive..only 4m mcap ...

Upside potential 🤪 worth the risk

The company has archived a lot since lorna blaise became Ceo...and the future does look bright however share price is news driven and with its current mcap and awaiting a licence we may experience a decline in price over the next few weeks

How will they win any significant contracts when there simply existing by raising cash for working capital on a balance sheet that's clearly insolvent.
