Anyone has the same issue?
ok
let s say PG bought his shares on average at £2.25
He now kindly agrees to transfer 11,784,845 of his existing shares that we, humble PIs, will be able to buy at 10.5 p/share as per the terms of the placing.
and as per the rns, later on, PG will be able to “easily” get his 11,784,845 Shares back (and PRD “will take all necessary steps required in order to issue such shares and make the necessary listing and admission hearing applications”).
so let s say, in the near or medium future, the share price tanks to the 5s (a completely random, deramping price) and the next placing is at at 6
he will be preferentially be able to buy back his shares at the price of @ 6p?
hiwould you please remind me at what average price PG has bought his shares?
Are you hiring an accountant? How much does he charge?
I did write "FWIW" (i.e. "for what it's worth"), there is no need to be pedantic.
A bit of publicity, even from the Motley Fool, could benefit the share price as it is targeting PIs who may not be as educated as you are.

Barclays Cap have updated model. At current Fe spots, net cash balloons to $721M by ‘21 YE vs $4M at ‘20 YE. And that’s after a 9.7% dividend projection (conservative if you think return more of cash pile!). Biggest threat to the monster upside is a takeover ala #KazMinerals
in the past years, there was one in February then another one in August
Could the rise be due to insider knowledge of a rather nice February Trade update?

paragraph i of the oo rns: "If you have sold or otherwise transferred all of your Ordinary Shares after the ex-entitlement Date, you are not entitled to participate in the Open Offer.""all of your Ordinary Shares"I think I could top-slice some of my shares and use the money to buy some of my entitled oo shares at £0.0125do i get it right?
