NDAs are very common in all M&A processes - it protects both parties .

Perhaps you should post about their use and why particularly in Mining they are used , being such and expert ....

It''s always up to you to DYOR. Perhaps ignore everything outside of what the company has RNSd - then nothing is anything but what they have said ..

No opinions , no interviews , et etc .

Then look at the workings of M & A, local and International , the structure of the market , and anything that changed from the beginning , familiarise yourself with the structure of the company -- not what others say.

Keep digging - it might take two days away from here but you may well comeback refreshed with more knowledge than you had before.

And then if you don't like what you see - it's as always up to you what you do.. ATB

Many have different of opinions of the BOD for different reasons .

I don't believe they have failed as Icarus pointed out. Many myself included thought that the sales process wouldn't have taken so long, however part of that was and is outside their control, with NDAs in place if some parties walked away we will never know who they were.

The fact they brought Artem on board and publicly stated the reason - couldn't be clearer.

Why some were expecting an EGM posted in the AGM well that's something quite different .

After all there is no failure when you are progressing a mining plan at MT, and have a £500m backing from Sinosteel.
