Wyndrum , I think when you look at the timescale the other project would be on stream faster and providing Revenue to HE1 ahead of Tanzania imo - "First helium (and CO2) production from Galactica / Pegasus expected during H1 2025"

Yes Strop you are correct there, they can be granted in 3 months, the average time is 3- 6 Months for Tanzania.

And for the benefit of all including those that are so desperate for facts, The Tanzanian Government change regarding licences is the proven ability to move the project forward. Before you could apply for a licence and sit on for years without processing, this lead to resources sitting there and not being developed.

Mining licences don't take a year or longer - that statement is nonsense.

Go through a list of companies that have applied for them and you will soon see the average time. DYOR!
