Yes HereforHemo and the Tanzanian Government are only going to grant if proven commercial at the point of submission. They have good relations with the TG and it's a positive step.

The Tanzanian Government are progressive in this sector and want companies to get the resources as soon as feasibly possible.

Firstly FFD78 - I hope it all works out for you, I don't have as much in as you and I didn't buy at the basement price or wayback either.

I think today pretty much would have cleared most of outstanding shares, however it always difficult with the way MMs report trades, the 101m could be a couple of days back - or today , only the two parties do - however someone was happy to take it without breaking it up into much smaller trades.

Everything has Capex , however it's well , site storage, and truck that are the most costly elements imo. I think you may perhaps be looking at companies that source Helium as a by product in your calcs.

Helium One have already shown this in their Medium and long term development plan. (on their website) .

From that it shows a three part process which would appear to need some key elements to it , as an explorer I don't think they will go it alone , even if they did some thinks such as a Truck could be leased from Linde.

Linde and SLB can provide all the equipment needed for this . Linde as AFROX - supply Helium in other Countries in Africa, but not Tanzania (yet).

Blubay - that's not quite correct. A Mining licence is a Production licence - as in taking assets out and selling them.

The current licence is a prospecting licence , they can ask for an extension fairly quickly.
