Yes HE1 had done lots of work before the EWT, and the results of that will be worked into the final mining licence submission.

And as I posted earlier Lorna is going to Houston in October, all the majors are there and Phil Kornbluth the Global Helium expert who has more understanding of Helium and HE1 than all the posters on LSE combined imo.

So I think we will news flow from HE1 over the coming months .

Not forgetting the Biggest Players are there.

Linde, Air Liquide, Guanggand Gages a &Energy (China), Exxon Mobil , Messr LCC , Uniper Global, Iwatani America.

There was talk of SLB , however SLB were involved with HE1 in the EWT - you can see their equipment in some of the recent Tweets and Insta images, and "Helium One said it has inked a contract with the global technology company SLB, formerly known as Schlumberger, for the provision of cementing, drilling and completion fluids services, and surface well test equipment and services. " However SLB are a services company with a Global footprint - I imagine they will be involved in more work.

Here are the BIG GLOBAL Helium Players and potential Off Takers -

think we know most of the big players in this Market are Linde/BOC - aFROX in Africa, Air Liquide, and Matheson Gases - Nippon Sanso Corp (Global) .

Linde have a presence in Asia including China, Nippon Sanso the same, as do Air Liquide.

They will certainly be aware of what has been going on recently.

Also if you look through the Helium One website you will see some of the previous data they have used from the market expert Phil Kornbluth. He has over 20 years experience in the Helium Industry and he worked for both Matheson and BOC. The Kornbluth data refers to market size in 2019 and 2021.

Every Country has Tax . HE1 were aware of it from the start , after all key Members of the BOD set up ORCA Energy which operates in Tanzania, pretty sure they know the tax implications much better along with Chris Eyre.

That will clearly be updated once they have submitted the Mining Licence imo.

However I am quite patient and happy to wait for things to unfold, taking a stake in one of the Blue star projects allows another income stream which is a pathway to income before Tanzania comes on stream .

I am invested in something slightly different in one of my other investments , they have done substantial ground works, and years of expo. (Not UK listed). Without producing anything they have an MCAP of $1.9Billion , so no you do not need to be a Producer to have a good balance sheet. -Not suggesting HE1 are the same, it's not the same type of company....

Barrick Gold are happy enough .

They changed the laws so Tanzania would grow and benefit from its natural assets, not just the company extracting the resource . Yes you have to go through lots of Regs which is a good thing, It's almost like creating a Sovereign Wealth Fund as quickly as possible imo...
