They could help via incentives , IE tax breaks . However they take a stake and will earn a royalty as far as I understand.

Yep, was quite surprised yesterday wasn't up much then quickly moved to +5% and it sold off very quickly at 246/247p area and dropped back into close.

With Silver on a run up, and Gold also heading up just some patience required imo....
