Hi Gunster if you scroll down to my post om the 31st you will see where to find it on HL. The meeting date I think is the last RNS. The resolutions are not listed on it, however I expect they should appear on the GCAT site soon, however you'll see everything on HL.

Gunster you should be able to vote through any Broker , expect I believe Freetrade which if memory serves me right doesn't do this type of corporate action, however they could have changed this recently.
