UT - The uncrossing trades - SETS Auctions are normally on open 8AM , 8:50-9AM , 10:50AM- 11AM, 13:50-14PM, and close at 16:30.

There can also be trades showing after the 16:30 auction which is normally five minutes unless extended , the closing UT is the close despite any late trades published afterwards.

I think we need to see terms first - too early to say yet, if it is a special dividend and the company continues you would still retain your shares and get a payout via the dividend. The press leak - coverage was unusual, so more updates cannot be far away imo...

Sycho , what I meant was if they do not sell all the company, and retain licences elsewhere, the company would still continue . Let's say they announce a dividend of 8p (just a figure) - if you are on auto reinvest your 8p automatically buys more shares in AMC rather than giving a cash payout , potentially causing a spike if people don't take their dividend as cash .

Long in the tooth and countless dilutions , I would want my cash despite whatever RY says ...hope that helps...

Some have options that others do not in the investors tab. As yet we don not know the terms of sale. If it is an outright company sale your shares will be sold and cash paid to your account.

However if part of the company is sold and a dividend is paid to shareholders, that is where you need to be more savy.

On some accounts there is a setting to auto reinvest dividend - make sure you untick this as a dividend would go straight back into shares rather than a cash payout.

I would say it utter nonsense what you suggest . Putin has no intentions on invasion - it's a barter. Where the heck to you think Gas,Oil, and PGMs go , yes China but a huge amount to the West. And to say it's short term is rubbish.
