I am happy to wait as long as it takes . If you did your research when first invested, the only thing that has changed is the return over time will be better.

I fully understand people did not expect it to take so long .

People bought expecting it to be wrapped up a year ago, I do not deny that, things have changed.

However to accuse the BOD of covering things up and misleading is quite another thing.

You either trust your judgement or not when you invest in something . Not anybody else, not another poster on here, just research and dyor. Go through the RNSs in peace and the company presentations, look at what the BOD have achieved in previous positions and base it on that along with the assets and life of mine, infrastructure and it just may point you to the value or not.

Nobody is kicking any can down the road, it's a very complex deal, it's changed from what it was at the outset.

M and A deals normally take 1- 3 yrs..., if you don't like it put it in a fund ..imo..

As for the SP, MMs used a fake UT to show a false drop, it was trading in the 22s most of the day, two trades of 21.95 before the UT - so expect back in the 22s very quickly and up...

SP no relevance to dividend . and sale ......
