Thanks Elrico at least you do agree the market cap could well be more with a few new contracts. As for familiarizing myself with the company , as I have been holding for 7 years , attended numerous AGMs , been to see the prototype at the University of Chester science park , I think I have done my due diligence. I have sold a few shares over recent weeks as posted but am holding strong with the balance for what I believe could be a multi billion £ company in the making.
@Elrico , why do you think PHE only has £2 million ? I think you will find it’s nearer £4-5 million. I am interested to see what value would you expect if Veolia (Global) , Biffa or Virodor ( 300 recycle plants Uk) were to order say 10 just units.
Evening , not sure if I have posted here before. I am a longterm holder with an average of a penny. Always thought CNEL was undervalued whilst on AIM , and am now considering buying a few more , I am struggling to see how this cannot be extremely cheap. The potential must be multiples of current price, am I missing anything ? other than the lack of communication from the board , which LTHs are used to anyway, what other pitfalls lie ahead ?
The share movement here is not just because of PHE alone, look at AFC , CWR , ITM ,VLS , EQT to name a few others. The whole sector is getting bought into , with governments across the globe embracing green policy , buy and hold for decent long term gains imho.
Renewables is the place to be , I would expect there is a lot of portfolios being changed currently , % of oil stocks lowered and a greater % of green stocks added. Governments all around the world are investing in Green.
New high trades in Germany 10.3 euro cents.. decent volume today as well considering the majority of the European market won’t be back at their desks until 4th Jan. It’s hard not to think someone is accumulating, can this just be PIs ?
I think unlikely we will see 3p again unless there are problems with the first unit and that news is at least 6 months away. There has been a re-rate here due to the green momentum that is being seen across the globe and I expect range of 5.5p-9p for next 3 months. I will be looking to add on any dip and was fortunate to get some in at 5.5p yesterday. I am still intrigued by the amount of shares that have traded on German exchange this week , it feels to me , someone is taking a decent position , possibly the international investor that took part in the September placing , adding some more , hence buying in Euros. Maybe a holdings RNS will follow at some stage , maybe the buying there will continue next week. All looks promising as we head into 2021. GL everyone.
After my post yesterday I didn’t expect to see my next level to take some profit the very next day.(Sold another 3% of my holding ). I would expect the SP to consolidate around the 6-8p range now for a few months imho. Interestingly for me is the decent size trading on the German exchange (closed 8.3p equiv ) , we were led to believe that an institutional buyer had bought more in the open market by Tim Yeo’s interview on Proactive. We know there is no need for any placing any time soon due to the £5 million raise a few months back. Possibly the investor maybe be European and suits to buy the shares in Euros, this would be very encouraging and if they are buying ? Why ? Because they want more shares but know there isnt any placing coming along ? . The market cap here now is at a level where funds will stick PHE on their radar I believe.
So for me the rise can be attributed to Green momentum. First unit site on the move. Institutional interest. Possibility of contracts from Poland.Potential of cheaper hydrogen than current electrolysis method.
Plus a bit of playing catch up on a few shares in the same sector that have seen 10-20 fold rises over the last few years. AND not forgetting , ridding waste plastic. Revenues will begin next year and with the possibility of multiple units in multiple countries being rolled out , the revenues could add up very quickly. Always a risk of problems with the early units which is why some caution is required. Just my take on where we are at the moment. Do your own research as always.
That’s the beauty here , a cheaper way of producing Hydrogen ( I believe) AND ridding the world of waste plastic at the same time. With the market cap increasing now , funds may also start having PHE on their radars.
