This Polish news is obviously a brand new site , so initial costs could well be higher to include land purchase. However many of our target customers already have sites and infrastructure in place and the DMG units will be an upgrade to their already up and running businesses. So costs will be considerably lower than £15 million a unit imho.
PHE were clear as to why they did the last raise , to purchase certain parts and speed up build time. They won’t be gifting these parts , I am sure they will be reimbursed from whoever the contract is with.
It’s would be very unlikely Peel not exercising their right to buy 10% of the company for just under £11 million as agreed when they bought the UK leasing rights.
So I wouldn’t expect any fundraise anytime soon. That said if an opportunity not to be missed was to arise and funds were needed by PHE I would not be against another placing. Hopefully private shareholders would be included in this aswell so everyone is happy.
GL everyone.
@F79 .. that’s my point the share is still in it’s infancy , as it’s grows the wild swings will disappear and I think you will find occasions when a 3% BTC drop will have little effect on the ARB price imho . Time will tell.
Wolves does have a point , however this share actually wants the big swings taken out of it. With the wild swings , many people tend to sit and watch , they don’t jump in because afraid of getting spiked. Without the spikes up , there will be less spikes down aswell. This makes the more nervous investor jump onboard. ARB is going places I am much happier for the 1-2% moves up every few days. We will still get to our true value many times higher but with a much smoother ride imho.
Ferdie , I have also been skeptically about the bitcoin price and is this a bubble. However my view has changed recently , there is too much good news in my opinion for bitcoin now for it not to consolidate.Funds adding it to their portfolios. More payment platforms allowing BTC. Although I don’t necessarily think the BTC price will soar to 100k plus this year , I am very happy to invest in ARB who are proving they have a very profitable business with Btc circa 30k.
Made a purchase here on Primary Bid , new to the company but had been watching recently , lucky to be a previous client of PB and received an email alert. My other 2 company purchases on PB have been a success, hoping for a hatrick. GL all.
Expect to get plenty more derampers here over the next few years. I have a nice holding here and expect this really could be a very rewarding stock going forward which in turn brings out the negative posters in droves. GL LTHs. Ps I wish I was born in 77 , my body wouldn’t be creaking so much as it does.
Could this be as simple as a message to potential buyers get your skates on you have 6 months before you miss your opportunity , and then BHP and Newcrest will more than likely get the spoils. If this is the case BHP and Newcrest will also have to react as they know NM is on talking terms indirectly to the largest copper player in the world via the Chinese placing in November.
If a placing had been offered to PIs , I expect the share price would currently be lower as the standard selling would have taken place beforehand. It’s over now and not too much change on the price this week. Onwards and upwards from here.
@Dr A. I get you grievances here but after having a few hours to think about this , I do believe this is great for PHE shareholders, the plan for the company was to always own the units , then we went for leasing strategy due to costs in unit price and dilution would have been terrible at 1p or under at the time. Maybe PHE always wanted to be joint owner of first unit and Peel had said sure if you can pay your way.(I always thought this might be the case) Maybe the slow progress had been due to PHE trying to raise funds. Now we can pay our way. Let’s see how quickly the unit is up and running now. If it’s by June I think we will all be very happy.
In regards to not getting a chance in the placing , I would guess you can approach Turner Pope and become a client of theirs which opens these sort of opportunities up in the future.
I expect we will have a drop today so there will be a chance to buy some cheaper shares. Hopefully this money will be used to allow us to be a joint partner in the first couple of units. If that is the case then monies coming in will be nearer £3 million rather than £1 million a year.
Overall it’s a small dilution for what could speed up bigger revenues. Happy to buy dips. GL all.
