Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
Great day today , and well done to the dip buyers over the last few months. I sold 2% of my holding today as it hit my target price.I will look to sell a few more circa 7.5p and 10p . Everything looking good here , and hopefully the SP will be through those new targets in 2021. GL all holders , even those with just 1 share. Stay safe .
Voted my shares for all resolutions, I believe NM at the helm will achieve us the best SP in the long run. For those who donât want to wait too long either , I expect a decent SP appreciation in the first half of 2021 once the doubt from the AGM has disappeared. The company will continue to add value from drilling the new prospects in my opinion. GL LTHs.
In response to the revenue , I donât think the margin would be as low as 20% , to start with most revenue will be for leases , this will have a much higher margin surely. 100 units x ÂŁ500k a year , how much profit would this generate ?
Just had a check , there was at share offering in November 2012 at 1p on CWR (10p equivalent after consolidation) , the company had almost looked like it was game over a few months before.Their change of strategy saved the day , rather than going it alone they brought in partners ,not too different from PHEs strategy.
Real returns are made on finding promising stocks , getting in early , and holding patiently through the ups and downs that pretty much all companies experience.
As a very long term holder of Ceres Power itâs was hard to imagine that the small amount of shares I bought at 10p as part of a share offering would become worth almost ÂŁ9 each. If all goes well here PHE could also become a ÂŁ1.5 billion company , in a similar time frame.
In regards to a few comments about Dave Ryan being âsqueezed outâ , why on earth would the company want to get rid of the data man. His knowledge is so valuable and I would be more worried about another company trying to employ him. Giving up the CEO role I guess will allow him to travel abroad and spend more time with customers as they sign up/build the units.
Lastly taking the company private , what would be the point of that , itâs easier to raise cash if required for a listed company as the accounts tend to come under more scrutiny. As long as the units are rolled out like expected , all shareholders will do extremely well. Looking forward to the next few years here.
We are led to believe that many major companies have shown interest in the DMG units. As soon as the first unit is up and running ( with absence of problems ) I would expect some orders from an interested party or parties. PHE really could be on the cusp of a great future.
If I remember correctly David took the CEO role on a temporary basis after Keith A suddenly departed, and has done us proud , including forfeiting salary for shares at the time priced much higher than market price. This was always going to happen , he will be back doing what he is highly skilled at. As his statement says âgrowth for the next decadeâ . He isnât going anywhere. I look forward to see who the new CEO will be , I am sure there will be plenty of people to choose from. Have a good weekend.
Funkybeats .. I expect we will have to wear masks for a lot of 2021 , at large gatherings , sports events etc , the vaccines will take time to administer across the whole country , world. Also take up of the vaccine is unknown , I know plenty who are unsure whether itâs safe with how quick itâs being rolled out. Vaccine and masks maybe around for some time yet. Imho.
Todayâs announcement I expect to see replicated with new partners across many countries in Europe and worldwide. This really has the potential to snowball , in 6 months time we could be getting updates of numerous units being built all over the place. I know this is more bullish than my normal posts and of course there are still risks but it seems that there are more parties other than Peel interested in the DMG unit. Exciting times ahead. Opinion is hold only because I have plenty of shares and recently added on the dip. However the risk reward here really looks good imo.
Last Fridayâs announcement of Mark Berry agreeing to join the board is an indicator of what we have to look forward to. Why has PHE approached him to join the board ? Why did we do a ÂŁ5 million fundraise , when that amount wasnât actually necessary at the time , also some money raised was from an international investor. I guess we will find out the answers soon enough. All looks good to me and I have bought on the dips. It will only take one European contract and we will be nearer 10p than 1p In my opinion. This share still has its risks but I like how the company is strengthening itself. GL LTHs
There actually arenât any pumpers on this board , all the main contributors have said they are LTHs and believe in the company and are holding for a rerate which should happen as more units are rolled out. Of course there is a possibility of there being teething problems with the first unit , but also there is a possibility all will run smoothly aswell. We know the risks and obviously the holders think itâs a good risk reward play. Letâs wait and see , but you come out of the woodwork every time we have a drop in price and just spout nonsense with nothing to back up your statements. If only you had held strong at 0.6p , you could have been enjoying the ride and we could have not had to endure your bitter posts. This is my last response to you Yf1, and I will stick to my words.
Yellowf1 , please expand on your âI expect itâs a funding issueâ . I donât see their being any funding issue considering ÂŁ5 million was raised in September . David Ryan has repeatedly told shareholders he will only raise when necessary and at a sensible price , and even took shares at a higher than market price instead of pay last year. Find me other directors with this passion for their company on Aim , I doubt there are many. We have been told there are many interested customers for our unit. In my opinion we only need news of one new contract and the share price will be back near the highs of 4-5p. A little patience will hopefully be well rewarded. GL LTHs
