Don’t be tricked with selling on Tradegate in small volume , if millions then fair enough , that said , a friend has just told me pre market looks like down 12% … let’s wait and see … I ll be buying more if we see sub 40p for sure.
So I am sitting here, arguably long a few too many shares with an average just above 70p ( I know many may have higher average so lucky in that respect) trying to work out how bad this update has to be to justify 49p a share. Normally shares are suppressed for months if the market knows / feels a placing is imminent, that cannot be the case here unless auditors got it wrong last year. My main fear is the reason the £1.70 bid was dismissed is because THG didn’t want to open up the books as there are BIG problems but that would make no sense, why Allen would buy £1 million worth of shares 8 weeks ago ?
I am truly lost with what is happening here and hope we don’t all get destroyed tomorrow. I can honestly say in 30 years of share investing , I haven’t come across a share which seems to be so undervalued even after taking into account , inflation , energy prices , recession etc GL everyone , fingers crossed we are higher tomorrow.
Leak ? What utter nonsense … Have a look back over the last 6 months and check out how weak Mondays have been in the general market. US closed weaker into the close Friday , the Dax has given back nearly all of its 420 point gain from Friday already today.
Any thoughts on whether e-commerce will exceed forecasted rises in the retail sector by 2025 ? Unless something drastic happens to improve energy prices across Europe , one would expect many shops to close due to power costs , forcing more customers to buy online.
Unless we get a very poor update next week , then I feel this is a great price to be buying THG ( my average is 75p) . An ok update , hopefully i’ll be up small , a good update then £ plus imho.
My understanding is the shareholders have to announce when certain holding levels are reached , not the company. (That said I have always thought it makes sense for the company and large shareholders to work tother so there os transparency.) So I don’t believe bidstack have broken any rules here. One assumes that the 30 million were acquired in a placing so Bidstack knew about the holding thus its on their website.
@Aldebaran , Can you confirm that you are stating Draper has broken rules ?
@Aldebaran .Please can you direct me to the AIM rules where the company has to declare holdings for 3rd parties . Thanks in advance.
Every month that goes by now , should see the share price creep higher ( even if bitcoin stays 30k) . The Argo team has done a great job with Helios and I’m sure it will be a game changer for the share price in a positive fashion. GL all holders
