If a nomad instructed them to do this I would strongly suggest that the Nomad must have a significant bias in some shape or form because there is no logical reason to force such an announcement before a placing is required. On the other hand, the normal practice for a company to comment on a major price improvement is to comment if there is no apparent reason for the increase, where in this case there is in the form of an RNS JV. Which leaves us with pressure brought to bare by the MM's. If this is the case, the BOD certainly have trust issues. I was fortunate to get out with a tidy profit. Natdan - the CE mark would not have been factoured in yet. A lot of time, effort and money has been put into this project in order to bring this company to it's maximum potential. When the litigation was finally resolved we were amazingly presented with an opportunity that was in fact beyond our wildest dreams. The company that had literally brought us to our knees, offered the opportunity to sell our product through their platforms. The only hurdle to this was our product was not compatible. The company then undertook a £4.5m research and development project to make compatible the IONA test on the Illumina platform. This was two years ago, and it's been a long wait but the rewards are massive. To give you an example. The Illumina platform controls 90% of the US pre-natal testing market and it also covers 75 % of the European market. Now you get my drift. This is a game changer, no doubt.

Looks like you've done a great job here guys, turned this company into something very special. The way I see it the company is now in the same position as a fresh start up with a new experienced and trusted BOD, investors with large pockets who have just bought in, a decent number of products in the final throws of validation and most importantly, a company with almost ten years product research and development behind them. An unbelievable position to be in. The only problem I see is the difficulty in establishing a firm capitalisation. A difficult task but if you take the underlying value based upon the very small amount of shares in issue, and the even smaller amount of shares open to the market, you can then take an average of a number of companies from within this industry/sector at this stage of product development you get a range of between £7 and £50m. If you want to take this one step further and look at products actually in the market place, the figures rise to between £50 - £100m. Also take into account every product within their product range is not a niche product, these are worldwide products with with vast markets for each and every one. I bought in at 11p yesterday and in no way do I feel like I have missed the boat. Much more to come on this.

Jonnsy5 - in what way do think we would be effected by any new test. At the moment we have additional capacity to manufacture full tests but this additional capacity is not being utilised. We are supplying Re-agents to Novacyt, first batches have been delivered, but they have not asked for us to supply full kits within their contract. The NHS has been made aware of our additional capacity and i am waiting for an imminent RNS to specify a new contract with Avacta, Omega or any other company to manufacture full tests, in whatever form.

I see this is your first post. If your new to this game and are considering buying in, this is the safest, undervalued company on AIM.

LR in his recent interview used the words "Key components" to describe our contribution to the Novacyt test that was very similar in meaning to "Critical". I would/could apply both these terms to being essential to the operating viability of the product. In other words, it won't work if it doesn't have it. The emphasis has to be placed upon the overall end product not working without it. Which means it has to apply to all products.

Bakky - with reference to your point of not having the "expertise or equipment" for the AVCT product. According to LR in his last interview he states that we use the same platform for reproductive health as is used with Covid 19 testing. The platforms used to manufacture the reagents for covid 19 testing is the same as the platform used for reproductive healthcare. In his words "it's quite easy to switch over from reproductive Healthcare reagents to Covid reagents"

Bakky - My thoughts exactly. LR made clear we have the additional capacity to produce the kit's. Wouldn't that put us in line to produce for Avacta. LR had already made our presence known to the NHS of our operational availability. So any deal between Avacta and the NHS could theoretically include us.

Iv'e already written my congratulatory letter to Adam Renaulds on getting his 50p options in September.

While we are on the subject, I remember at the very last VIY general meeting , I think back in 2014, when I had just lost £150,000, Adam Reynaulds told me his father lost £8m. Those were the good old day's. It was obvious to many of us at the time that forming Premaitha from the dying embers of Vialogy was an eager attempt to redeem his fathers coffers. Looking back, apart from litigation, success undoubtedly, would have been very much earlier. Many of the newly invested may also like to know that Adam Renaulds holds 50p options worth about £275,000 (if they are still valid), but I only think he gets them if the market price reaches 50p for 30 days. A nice little incentive.
