Good point AGEOS - for those who are interested, the Tunisian wells are operated by two of the largest companies in the world, so I would assume that they are regularly worked over. However, some companies think it not so prudent to work over a well because of the down time and cost associated with it. Our work over rig has the capability to enhance production by an average of 27%. In some cases can double it's production. The use and demand for work over rigs has expanded over the last 20 years due to more effective techniques and chemicals used in the cleaning processes. More so within the high number of Marginal Fields that have been left dormant for 10 years or more. This in my view is where our equipment will come to be of great benefit.

Crusty - the production from Tunisia is in fact generating income as we speak. This is in fact paying off the balance of the purchase payment, subject to Ministry approval. Approval of this licence alone will significantly impact the share price.

There is always a cost to drilling for oil. The point to recognise is that rigs are the single largest expenditure towards fulfilling that objective. Owning your own rig makes it far cheaper for us to exploit any new development than any other company, and in a far quicker time.

New developments, however, are nothing to do with the present play. We and the company, are interested solely on getting these licences.

The plan in 2019 was to reach break-even before the end of 2020. This forecast was reliant on core product sales, without the additional income from Covid tests. We now have one month for them to fulfil that prediction with two announcements due. The Covid update, mid December and the interim results due end of December. If the figures show that break-even has been achieved, we could see Flippers long awaited TO within the following six months.

If the Tilapia licence is not awarded they still have two licences in Tunisia, one in Nigeria, one in Congo, two potential deals in West Africa and other deals in the pipeline, according to the conference call, not to mention gas income in Italy. We certainly won't be dead in the water, as some would have us believe.

Macgerry - I bought into this company with the same spread in place. My investment was based upon the acquisition of the licences in three countries. Any one of the five licences will improve the share price, regardless of which one it is. If of course Tilapia is awarded first, the price change will be dramatic and the spread will be insignificant in terms of price movement either way.

CEO's are usually rather conservative when expressing views on price. In my opinion and I'm sure his, the price would be re-rated far higher, minimum 2.7p.

Truthfactory - as far as I can recall, it wasn't AAOG that messed things up, they actually completed 80% of the well. Up to that point, whatever they said was the truth.

AC mentioned quite a lot about the share price this morning. He said, if the licence is awarded or when the licence is awarded the share price should be re-rated. He also said that if or when the licence is awarded shareholders should see a 3 to 4 times price improvement. Don't hang the messenger, I'm doing this from memory, it may not be accurate.

Just something to keep in mind. The object of de-ramping is to take investors minds away from the fundamentals of the company by filling the boards with nonsensical gibberish that has nothing to do with the share price. They are achieving this, on this board, because you are allowing them to get under your skin. Always best to ignore.
