It’s quite ironic- we are suing the Irish government because we have been unfairly dealt with , yet the placing is only open to Uk citizens and Irish shareholders aren’t allowed to participate.

Well it’s certainly great for those holders of convertible loan notes

-their loans turn into about 15% of the new company equity , plus they get share of any future ECT claim and also don’t forget they can also get 250 million warrants at 0.115p.

So convertible loan notes holders will control nearly 20% equity of the new company . So yes, some have done very well, Swizz, while the majority have not .

So for example , before suspension-if you had 1m shares at 0.10p , it was worth £1,000

Now with 5-1 consolidation and market capitalisation of approximately £2.5 million,

You will now have 200k shares at 0.10p , worth £200 and lottery ticket for future ect claim

So basically

We have been diluted out of it with issue of 1.9b shares and 5 to 1 consolidation of existing shares. We also then get 1 preference share for each new consolidated share to share 80% of claim if successful in probability a decade’s time . See Rockhopper and their decade wait and still waiting .

I note there is a retail opportunity allowing shareholders to buy shares ( 190m at 0.1p). It’s organized by winterflood ( WRAP platform) so Irish citizens won’t be able to access . Not that it makes much difference as I estimate we have been diluted roughly by 70-80% on the main new business.
