We have had a persistent seller over the last week or so -selling in blocks of £5k, £10k and £15k . The sells have been gobbled up but it is always disconcerting. Could be trader locking in the cheap placement profit - with cash available for rise when approval comes ?

I was at that meeting when Tony o Reilly jun says he was checking a few times a night if the cheque had come in . But there is no comparison to those chancers and the Fuhai corporation .

Can’t see “ the professionally looked after money “ coming in until all permissions are signed and sealed. If we are honest with ourselves, the Chinese permission was always the big one . It’s also highly probable they wanted the EG approval first .

Great news today. These approvals often work in parallel, so we could see Chinese approval within next week or two.

Correct , the ordinary shareholders were diluted by about 87% .. ie basically wiped out . The only winners were the CLN holders who now own over 20.% of the company.

If that was definitely the case , they could sell the claim for €90m and there would be hundreds of takers .

The reality is that there is no guarantee.. states wins about 50% of the time or there are partial wins etc etc .
