The reality is that logp is worthless without a legal funder . With it , it has a possible net intangible asset of €50m+ but otherwise you can’t reverse takeover with €13,000 in the bank without near total dilution.

Serif, my money would be on 29th Dec so would expect RNS on or by this Friday .

Have contacted Europa and they were very helpful. They confirmed AGM will go ahead this year but not the date but that notice will be coming out in the next few days .

Going by the math and time of year , i would guess it looks like 29th or 30th Dec for it . What other news might come with the RNS ??

It’s not . But it’s not a good look not to have AGM due in calendar year. I still believe we will get notice in next few w days and agenda for it should be interesting.

I would guess we will have an RNS tomorrow or within the next one or two working days regarding the AGM for 2025.

They did confirm they would be having the 2025 AGM before end of calendar year so taking into a Christmas break and three week notice period, we should be having an RNS, you would imagine , at the latest by Friday November 21st. That RND and any possible resolutions should be very interesting.

Very interesting. It looks as if they are going to use this process and any irregularities found as a leverage to get the licence . So we can rule out any ect claim or probably any actual legal claim unless obvious infringement or interference from minister .( which with Ryan is possible )

They will no doubt focus from June 2020 – 23 January 2025 when Ryan was minister.

Let’s hope PRD put the money down for this ( circa €50,000- €100k) and use one of the big Irish law firms. With enough irregularities found and after 7 years waiting there should be . From this sufficient leverage should be available. They should then threaten to sue for costs and damages for further leverage.
