Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Hydro - as I said in 'Davri007' thread this morning- some on here singling out posters and accusing them of ramping but they ramp on other boards themselves - of course, only using official sources and information to back up their ramped price !
It's a long term punt for me; but I suppose the addition of the glossary in their RNS is handy and maybe appreciated by some people, with terms like core logs, mafic intrusions and intrusive plugs ....... more tea Vicar ? lol
AuntieA - If you haven't already or your friends are interested then swing by the GGP help website - https://ggphelp.co.uk/
Gerry - the rules are you are legally obliged to have an FA for pensions transfers above £30k if it is a 'Defined Benefit' pension (DB) - employers final salary scheme - e.g. British Telecom, BP, Some Banks, etc - this would be a guaranteed income pension for rest of life.
Legally, you do not nee an FA if it is a employers Defined Contribution scheme (DC), where you and maybe the employer pay into the scheme where you build up a lump sum and get an estimated amount per year depending on the lump sum available when you retire - generally you used to buy an annuity or similar to give you a calculated set amount per year for rest of life (before they brought in availability of SIPPs - which are flexible).
I transferred employers DC pensions from Aviva and Scottish Widows to my HL SIPP without any major issues, except for a 6 week hold up on one because one of the funds within had been suspended, so it had to then be a partial transfer; this was done without an FA. (the rest of the partial fund came about 4 weeks later after release by the fund manager)
I did have to engage an FA for the transfer of my BT defined pension because it was over £30k.
I think depending on the size of the pot, your age and who your pension holder is then maybe you should seek financial advice.
Dazza - I think (if they wanted to) they could release updated inferred MRE(s) before the PFS and then depending of the results for the 65k metres drilling currently underway then the release of an Indicated MRE for the PFS might also include additional inferred estimates for some specific areas.
Sorry, it's more speculative answer to your question.
Tymers - You say that the data is available to all - but that doesn't mean 'All' can interpret it. Why don't you post the data you refer too, in layman's terms, and show your calculations or how to work out the patterns and/or explain how you reach your conclusions. Thanks
An update of results from some of the neighbours in the Paterson/Pilbara region. Please note, this is not a cross ramp for these companies but just posting results as some members on this board take an interest in the presentations and the information provided for comparison to our own results and presentations.
Also there has been discussion and interest around province/district scale mineralisation discoveries in the region and there is hope that GGP finds other deposits and/or 'linked' anomalies contained within the overall geology of the region.
Certainly some of the well known knowledgeable posters on this board take an interest, so please do not have the thread removed.

(I'm sure this link was posted by someone the other day but just posted again in case anyone missed it)
NOTE: Some of the above project areas are a reasonable distance from Havieron but do tie in with overall mineralisation discoveries in whole Pilbara and Paterson regions; and Greatland have several other projects that are a reasonable distance from Havieron but hopefully have the same potential as the other companies discoveries covered in the above updates.
Daveri - I remember you had just joined the LSE board a few days before me and back then you quite happily got involved in general chat and came across quite pleasant. Not sure what has happened the past few months but you do seem angry and out to just upset people.
I get occasional stick on this board and some probably think I get a bit too deep in trying to point out the posters with negative agendas or their attempts to try and deramp/disrupt the board; but sometimes you have to dig deep to show who they really are; but I don't see that with you and think you are a genuine researched investor, so I find it difficult to understand your anger towards the board these days.
You have been penned as part of a 'tag team' but you're not the same as some of the others 'in that team' and I know for a fact a couple of them actually criticise people on here for ramping but they are quite happy to ramp on other boards themselves - double standards when it suits them; and actually one of them was blatantly ramping a share across several boards a few months back - not really what is expected of a 'wise' LTH on LSE boards.
IMO you used to add value to the board in general discussion and your text graphics were appreciated also; it would be good to see you back to that form and not get keep getting involved in the petty squabbles.
Don't know if it's just me but IMO it's plain to see that the MM's have manufactured the spread to suit the new ISA money and expected Bed&ISA transactions at the start of the new tax year.
Other shares I'm invested have spreads from 3.5% - 10.5%. In normal trading times I've seen the spreads generally lower.
To be honest, it's not really great detective work; after reading Bully's post commenting on rampers (in this thread) then I remembered he mentioned TXP previously, So I remembered he was super positive when he mentioned them back in February, so went back to his posting history for February and came across those posts. As I said I did not go through many so luckily I landed within those few pages around 3rd week of Feb..
As I have said several times - I am not against balanced discussion but straight up negative sentiment without any researched information is not balanced; it is just plain negative agenda to sew doubt and fear. If you are truly invested in GGP and maybe feeling down because of the SP drop then you should still remain positive as the fundamentals for Havieron have not changed, and you should remain confident in your investment; if not then you would just sell up and move on.
I'm still here because I'm confident in my investment and know I will get a return at a level that suits me - if that takes 6 or 24 months then fine, I'm here for the duration as required.
I don't go for supposedly invested posters who use subtle negative comments and criticism of board members as 'balanced discussion' when you can see from their posting history they have an overall negative agenda pattern or actually directly contradict themselves in criticism of others.
Bully - I'm not sure if you are invested in GGP or not, you say you are providing a balanced view but most people on here just see your comments with subtle negativity. I remember a thread conversation between us in February and it was regarding investing in GGP and you commented about better opportunities or less risky shares on AIM; I think the thread was deleted but I couldn't be bothered to look back to find the conversation but I do remember one company was TXP.
I read some of your posts on that board and found that you are quite positive but you always seem to have a negative tendency streak on this board - maybe you keep your balanced views for GGP only, but I admit I've not read many posts on TXP board, so maybe you show negativity there also.
You're quick to comment about the 'rampers' on this board and dish out criticism but maybe you can help me distinguish whether the below posts are 'ramping' or not ?
Bully1985 Posted in: TXP Price: 161.00 RE: Forward P/E 22 Feb 2021 06:23
Exactly. There is also the recent increase in oil prices which should improve netback plus I believe TXP are looking to add further development wells to the oil fields.
So little risk from these prices IMO with huge upside should everything turn out as we expect. A shareholders dream.
If only Paul Baay had announced our gas contract in Bitcoin - we’d be a £2billion company already haha
Bully1985 Posted in: TXP Price: 162.50 RE: Cad to 1.55 equivalent 19 Feb 2021 11:46
Yeah I feel we’ll see us back around £1.75 before results at the end of month and then the traditional 40-50% uptick (go see previous RNS and subsequent SP for evidence)
Patience my child
Bully1985 Posted in: TXP Price: 154.00 Cannot understand 22 Feb 2021 11:21
Why anybody would sell at these levels. If you were looking to sell for whatever reason surely the last two occasions it hit an all time high was your chance.
Today’s share price of 156p does not even account for what we already know about Coho and Cascadura, never mind any upside from Cascadura Deep, Chinook, Royston, Cascadura Deep Deep, Kraken, Steelhead or any of other 20 odd targets! Madness to be selling now
This gives free cash flow from what we have right this second and nothing else of $31,486,302. Think about how much they could increase the cash flow just by adding another three wells to Cascadura! Grow a backbone and hodl your shares because this is only going one way long term.
IMO and I’m sure for a few other posters on this board then those posts seem a bit rampy, so are the 'ramping rules' different for you ? Also, If people on the TXP board took your advice at 154p (let’s slip in the caveat of DYOR and never take advice from a BB) then they would be down approximately 41%.
TXP had a high of 178p on 10th February, this year; now they are 91p – that’s a drop of 49% in less than 2 months; .... I'm sure you said they were a less risky share ?? Just glad no-one takes advice from a BB !
Just found a better short video - and solely on GGP - providing a summary review of currently held projects and what's works/news is expected in near future. (not as extensive a Zoros's expected newsflow list for next two years).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SR3uNBoDT9I
Maybe some old news for the LTH's and although it's just a short summary review it could be good for Newbies or those with busy schedules and don't have time read through lots of webpage literature.
For those wanting to catch up on some recent news; Starting at 3 minutes in is short recap of recent announcements about new licenses, GM on 22nd April and update on electrical work at Hav.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQJCaPM3HU0 - Goto 3 minutes in.
Nothing really exciting - but just a summary update for those maybe too busy and/or missed some posted information on here recently.
Thanks Paddy - still amazed at the progress NCM are putting into Havieron; it shows the necessity for them to push on and start providing an ROI (in the JV) as soon as possible. They also need good information flow and positive forward looking progress to try and recover some of the 30+% drop they've had in the SP since the high of last year.
Under your current circumstances, I hope all is well with your family and yourself.
Happy Easter to All
