Take off the indebtness of the company and your still left with net valuation multiples of £8M,I don't know why Spike thinks this is valued at £8M?
Had another look at the bond holder presentation and compared it with the original,there's a lot.more positives in there especially the warrants of 10% of the share capital exercisable at 150% of the stock value post fundraise and that in 6 weeks,so at a higher fairer value in any case

This latest presentation is more or less I suspect what the bondholders requested in support for the company moving forward and that's why I'm now sitting comfortably with tonight,a yes vote come Monday afternoon.

Going to be a massive spike I would hazard a guess,of course will be sold into but post spike the Mcap will be considerably higher than 8p.

Tel Aviv trading on Sunday so an insight to possible direction pre Mondays opening.

What's the current production here and P1 reserves,also what's the current debt,I've taken a look at the interims but perhaps someone can give me an overview.
Current Mcap £25M,

With a yes vote this will going into an immediate auction followed by rises and further auctions with it being incredibly difficult to buy.How far this rises is really anyone's guess maybe 20/25p,then lots of profit taking before other waves up.Basically this will be a traders paradise for a good few days.Ultimately with a yes vote we should then see a gradual recovery up to a fairer value,basically to that what TI is worth less the liabilities.My take is there will be a capital raise within 4/6 weeks but of course much closer to that fairer value,I'm thinking more in the range of 30p with circa 10M shares,with the large stake holders footing the other 10M dollars as per the latest presentation.So if as I suspect there's going to be unanimous approval you're going to make very good profits here whether you're a trader or in for the longer haul.I'm happy with my initial investment back,leaving the rest to appreciate over a few months.Of course the caveat to all the above is a no vote.

Yuri,I'm not going to offload the lot on the initial rise,intend to take original investment out,then let the rest ride the wave up,hopefully to fairer value,by that I mean the net value of Team Internet,

When I made £15K on a £5.4k trade last month,there was a similar guy posting,it was through him I keep loading up lower,then low and behold came the RNS and then my gain)))

Cold you know the game these small players try to play.
They subtly deramp mischief make that's their traits,just for their own selfesh gains.

Seen this type for ten years plus,just ignore,they don't like big successful players,that's their problem.
