EC I bought in,unfortunately not at 0.3 but a fair few percent above that actually,Shall add more whilst the sp is depressed.
I bought in again on this mornings RNS which to all intense and purposes was positive.

I appreciate what you are saying about the permit fiasco but my opinion is different to yours.

The wording of the RNS with respect to ARSO was less confrontational and IMO would suggest there has been positive dialogue between the company and Leben.

Even you cannot deny the very positive impact on the sp on a Permit Approval RNS.

When it lands thats the gamechanger here,and Ive taken the opportunity to invest in anticiapation of such a RNS.

Can you imagine trying to buy after the new is out,

Buying more first thing,and shall load up further on any weakness awaiting the news.

Fact the Permits will come out of the blue,totally unexpected and it seems is going to catch sceptics and non holders out.
FYI I have been watching this unfold for many months and held a large holding up until a few months ago.

No brainer,, from 0.35p,get the Permits and its a rapid rerate,

All looking good holders,very thin trading in Tel Aviv,actually less than average.

Very positive here,we've only got 95M shares with the majority held by large stake holders.

Was looking again at the last quarter results.

Team Internet is a very good business ,revenues of $100M,net Profit £11M,so even at the lower end of valuations certainly the company is in positive territory multiples of £7M Cap.

That's why this isn't binary,binary is either all or nothing.

Looking again at the BH presentation there's a huge sweetner the warrants for 10% of the company exercisable at 150% of share price Post funding!.

Bondholders will do very well here,as well as shareholders.

Get the formalities out of the way tommorow afternoon and there'll be a very tight squeeze for stock.

Be an interesting days trading for sure tommorow,dare I say volitile,but do expect an end price much higher than 8p.

Remember this is recovery play,the Value is there,and is black and white,read the financials.

I post positively because I genuinely believe in an outcome that's going to be very lucrative to the bondholders and as a result very good for investors from this level,a recovery play,and of course because I do hold significant stock.
What I never do is post negatively to provoke selling with the aim to buy cheaper,that's not in my nature.

As I said before I don't suffer fools.

Delato I have now filtered the troll,first for many a months.
He doesn't hold,he posts negatively despite stating he's a holder,seen him on other stocks,I just am not prepared to waste the effort on him.
Onwards and hugely upwards.prosperity to all genuine holders.

Not all is lost for holders here by far,sure other holders will emerge from the wood work,do you think this guy would just punt 10% on a whim,hardly.

Remember the latest presentation for bondholders covers a period of three years,with respect to their exercise of shares at the 150% premium,it's not just a case of selling Team Internet and shutting up shop.
This latest presentation IMO is agreed as requested and fine tuned by the bondholders hence the postponement.
For now in any case compare Mcap against Net value,and with BH approval a big recovery in value by Tuesday.
Most it seems just want to profit from that announcement,but there are large holders whom hold at multiple of 8p,they're certainly not selling but probably going to buy in the expected frenzied.

I would say his purchase of 10% of the stock should be seen as favourable,obviously he's not not doing this alone,remember the co need 75% approval for this pathetic deal to succeed,well you only need another 16% to throw a spanner in the works!!
