There are too many rounded 100K sells,and now these at the historical low,I personally dont think pis would be selling out at a loss.
Believe theres another 20% holder so it wouldnt surprise me if that holder is offloading.

Do believe though that the value here is greatly undervalued but at present thats determined by the market and that seller.

March 2020 for that Rhul deal is a far way off as yet,only if that executes will we see 3p plus but in the meantime suspect that seller will offload.

He got away with it through clever accounting,disposal of the Chinese which I doub licence,the pathetic deal with RiverFort,the numerous placings,the huge administration costs(his earnings)
He was approaching retirement and did everything unscrupulously to aid his goal,

PCGE is dead in the water now,there will be no recourse,theres no regulation .RP is tucked up nicely in Dubai and has basically had the last laugh

Doubt there was ever a deal coming here it was Pouldens intension to let this die this way.He benefited by circa £2M,free cash from all those placings funding his Dubai lifestyle.

In simplistic terms

90% TI Plus £1M Cash leaves circa £2.9 M Value or 3pps
£2m Cash leaves circa £1.9M Value or 2pps
£3m Cash leaves £0.9M Value or approx 1pps

So not a great investment case and possibly overvalued currently

One cant believe TI is being sold at such a massive discount

The offer although non binding and subject to 75 days DD will be sub debt,otherwise why would they state sale of TI shares plus cash from current balance.

The value here post sale on the above statement is therefore dependant on how much cash is required to pay off the Bond Holders together with the TI shares.

Simply put theres not going to be much value unfortunately.

If you take a look at the interim report they expect cash reserves of 3.9M at the end of September.
They have stated this deal will be sale of TI shares plus cash,so presumably if this does execute the value of MTMY could well be
lower than £2M,.
All depends on how much cash is required to fulfill BH obligations

Shiloah has 11M,thats worth circa £440K,so a huge loss for him,but wouldnt surprise me if he isnt partie to this entity purchasing TI on the cheap.

Whoever gets TI will actually make a killing

They never give much information away to help their small shareholders make sense of whats actually happening and more importantly what the value will be post sale of Team Internet.

Reading the news today it does actually look like a low ball offer,and fundamentally at a high discount.

Suspect offer near/ probably lower than the figure of the previously failed bid,the plus cash in addition to the sale of the entire share capital of TI would actually reinforce my belief here.

Be interesting to know who the big players are here,as someone(s) likely to make a huge profit on this deal.

Unfortunately for the small pi doesnt look like immediate riches.
