I didn't ridicule anyone, I referred to myself in the post and no one else. If you feel ridiculed by my post, you probably need to adjust your thought processes.

It's an amount that's worthy of the investment risk, that I could easily lose and not care less about. Then again I could invest the £1000 into Lloyds shares at around 45p and look forward to a forecast dividend of 2.88p a share in the next year, adding a further £63 to my already substantial Lloyds dividends, risk free.

Hmmmm, we all pass our time in different ways, is it a waste if you're enjoying yourself? I do watch QBT very closely and have toyed with the idea of playing with a £1000 trading investment, on the chance they release a headline that hikes the price, but as things stand I have serious doubts about the company.

There are a few things that raise my doubts:

Like the transformation from a leisure company into a Bitcoin R&D focused company.

FG was involved in the Leisure company before the transformation happened, when it was clear the Leisure company was finished, so the transformation appears like an opportunistic move aimed at taking advantage of Crypto hype.

Do the company own any property? It appears to me they're headquartered out of a London agency address used by multiple companies.

I'm not clear on how many permanent staff are employed by the company and how many are just utilising their spare time, with the carrot being future potential rewards from share options.

I'm not saying they're doing anything wrong, I'm just explaining why I have doubts.

If some posters on here really believe that QBT is a Unicorn stock, why do they constantly feel the need to Pump and Ramp? If I really believed a company was going to go stratospheric, I'd hope the price would stay low, and quietly buy up as much stock as I can reasonably afford. Jambone particularly appears to lack confidence in the future price, as evidenced by his repetitive copy and paste posts.

That is clearly wrong, since Telecom companies can increase prices by the inflation rate at the very least, in the UK it's CPI+3.9% and the corporate debt interest is fixed. Jax if you're attempting to scare people out of the stock, you should find valid reason to put the frighteners on them and not events that justify raising prices and increasing Telecom company profits.

No retorts just observations. On the 1st June 2023, over 93 Million shares traded with a low just above the PRN placing price of 1.4p, at 1.41p, and a close of 1.58p. According to the PRN released on the 1st June, the placing was scheduled to take place on the 6th June. The 93 Million shares traded on the 1st June is a stand out volume, the last time that was exceeded was on the 14/01/2022 with over 94 Million shares traded. I'm not sure what happened in Jan 22, but it was around the time of a Sipiem update, so may have had something to do with that, unless someone on here can remember?

The recent daily volume's fluctuated but were generally below 20 Million, except on the 1st June when the volume was over 93 Million. The spike in volumes could have been solely down to the announcement, or it could have been the new shares hitting the market.

It's to do with Bid/Ask spread. If your purchase showed as a Sell, then your trade went through closer to the Bid price than the Ask price. Trades register as a Sell at the Bid price, or a Buy at the Ask price. The stock was probably dropping when you made your trades, so the Seller let the trade go through at the lower end of the spread.

The more cells, the more bandwidth/speed available to users in densely populated areas. If a mobile company placed small cells on every street corner, and used their spectrum sensibly, they could offer high speed mobile data far faster than the current FTTC speeds.

Everyone understands that, the thread is now aimed at Guttersnipe advising about his payment of 4.5 Eurocent per share to the lender of the shares in relation to his short mentioned in his 15:10 post at the beginning of this thread.

Do you have to pay the lender the 4.5 Eurocent dividend immediately, or do they give you some time to pay?
