What do we need to force Colin into an Extraordinary General Meeting? Is it 10% of shareholders signing up? So that's 20 million odd shares needed. Anything for to get close enough to hurl my shoe at him!

I would imagine we would see an RNS saying that a driller has been appointed rather than an RNS saying they are on site and drilling. I am also not sure of how busy the drillers are out in the Pilbara - it's attracting enormous attention at the mo and I know that core sample analysis was held up for GGP's Scally Wag prospect by 2 months or so due to demand. Is the same going to be for drillers? GGP used ddh1 drilling if memory serves, and with Terra's involvement in both I wonder if it will be them too? My main concern is that we get drills in the ground before Oz summer, when drilling usually stops (I would imagine this isn't on the cards to be honest).
What we need is a SENTINEL Satellite shot of the area aka Paddy Gall style on Twitter. That way we get weekly updates of action on the ground. If I get time this week I might investigate that. Anyone got lattitude and longtitude coordinates for each area?

Morning all. Had a talk yesterday with a fellow ODX investor and the subject of significant orders came up. We know only significant orders need to be RNSd, but is there a set way of calculating what the qualifying amount is for this? Logically, there should be to avoid any doubt and remove it from being subjective to the directors whims. Surely using a comparison to last years sales figs would be appropriate? I just find it odd that there is no agreed set for this key reporting factor. My friend emailed ODX to ask if they did have any 'formula' for this - but no answer.

" I'm looking a couple of years down the line" Interesting - When I bought in in April/May last year I had expected to be out by now (I had latest April 21 pencilled in). I think many in my position had - Regulator's posts indicated she was expecting a big increase in the SP by April this year I think (I believe she posted so back in Feb this year), so many LTHs have seen their investment timetable delayed. Obv this leads to frustrations (I'm guilty of this!), and this has mostly been caused by the govt, and poor communications. But for it to be a two-year hold from here I do think we need to an idea of the financials to commit to that: and that depends on the DHSC, on new variants and demand of LFTs, and I think more transparency and better communications are needed as well. I'm waffling a bit but basically I think it's too early to commit to that timescale before the road ahead is clearer. Cheers.

Dividends require profit first. I don't think we'll see any profit in July's update - CK himself said that Covid activities wouldn't make much difference to last year's financials. Going forward, we should do however.

I don't know why it isn't Surescreen to be fair - they've obviously passed everything and are busy making tests, so in this emergency why aren't we just building their product? I've genuinely been stumped by this since they started manufacturing, and thought we were waiting for a next-gen better model to use after PD finally completed.
