I don't believe we have missed the market as Rainbow in Zimbabwe are still yet to appear ,and ATCL was always going to happen under Magufuli

Marksman, I am guessing it will be two E190,s as the current A319 is crewed by Tanzanian pilots and on this basis I can not imagine they will be letting our pilots go ,so hopefully they will be on a conversion course in addition to the new recruits.

Something went wrong on above flight tonight as she turned back just before Mwanza and headed back to DAR where FJD LANDED after two hours 40 mins of flight, be interesting to see what happens in the morning, but for now we have it seems DAR MWANZA DAR passengers stranded.

Normal TZ Domestic schedule is resumed from the above date,so we must be getting an additional aircraft to accommodate this

Or took a bus to Dar and use Fastjet ---- Sounds like a plan, that is $300 I can blow on Long Street ---- If air zim has 4 bookings why not save tax payers money and ask SAA, British airways or Fastjet to take them to Harare.

FJD only came back four weeks ago , I'm sure Nico has star air on call for unfortunate bird strikes or tech problems

It's good news considering it's just the one aircraft in DAR, what would help is if the first departure of the day were earlier than 0700 and that could give it an extra 15 minutes turnaround time for the day's flights, FJD has been kind to us , long may it continue

What is encouraging is the reference to expansion once the E190,s arrive.
