Marksman, the one posted twice was in error, the third should have been a different one, in fact there are over 12 that I could post but I desisted, I�m not here to make it appear any worse than what it actually is, this is as bad as it gets, we are even loosing DAR HRE customers to Air Zimbabwe ( and that�s saying something), I understand even the best laid plans can go wrong , I accept that, what I can�t accept is our top brass making statements, promising faster customer response and then taking a three day break from social media, they should be ashamed, don�t know how they sleep at night.
