You are on the right track with ATCL, Mozi was easy as it was Mozambique that invited any operator to start flights. I am being told it�s not Fjet but civil aviation authorities, and somehow a hissy fit over the blocking of ATCL Q400 over non payment of a road project ( don�t shoot the messenger)

Absolute disaster, not only has the Increased schedule been pulled back again at the 11Th hour until the 15Th November, there is only one flight a day to Mwanza until 13TH, so all those customers that have been booking will have their plans destroyed thanks to the TZ authorities who it seems are deliberately dragging their feet in giving Fastjet the regulatory approval s that it seeks.
