Sorry bronco I should have mentioned that the dividend was paid on the 10th and in the bank of Scotland says pay away immediately but I used to reinvest for about for ve years back into more shares and reading what they have said money will be paid 3 days after dividend date so I am assuming money or reinvestment will be paid tomorrow or Monday

The Halifax will pay the dividend tomorrow as I have bank of Scotland share dealing account

Yes a poor dividend day and two brokers downgrading from a buy to a hold still don't see a problem here with 20 million more buys than sells.

Looking into the future I am a long term holder for at least ten years and if you hold for ten years you will recoup your investment with the dividend payments.
