Gold5 there has been talk of takeover bids for years with MNG which I take with a pinch of salt.

I'm here for the big dividend payments.

Diaichi has improved the share price from around 1.75p when they announced their take up of a percentage of shares which has increased the price to a high of 3.24p now down to 2.90 plus which is great but still undervalued.

Let see what the next couple of years bring and hopefully an end to the 2 wars that has having adverse ups and down due to the orange coloured man state side.

Got into this yesterday thinking this was a good thing down over 500 already.

I read christofers post and he hit it on the head oil will go through the roof 100 dollars plus a barrel and the motorists going get increased prices at the pumps again. This was going in the right direction as I thought too cheap at a quid so got in at that price and was making over a grand as shares hit 115p still up but the way things are going in the world I just hope there's not a big crash coming like 1984 when there was carnage.

All house builders shares down 2 to 3 percent today so let's hope this war doesn't last as long as the one in Ukraine

Sucker share aviod

TW houses in Ayrshire sales very strong and still building in Kilmarnock untill 2028.

House prices crazy here as I have been trying to buy property for over a year and kept getting outbid first property offers over 125k put in offer 170k didn't get it sold for 180k.

I have managed to get a bungalow now and just waiting to move in.

I recently had my yearly check.up and was talking to the nurse and her brother put in an offer 100k over the asking price and didn't get it.

I also visited a few TW sites and all the new builds seem to be selling well so I am assuming that the lack of houses and new builds down south are having an adverse effect on the high prices here in Scotland

Let's see what the budget brings.

This is another sucker stock I'm down over 2k so much for the AI revolution.

This will be 1.20 1.30 soon my thoughts are if your brave enough to hold for five to 10 years you might see a return.

Better of investing in MNG or TW

At least you get a high yield return on your investment. This is my worst investment ever since 1984.
