I am going to top a a few grand at this price and as you have said let's see what this SP will be in a year but I'm in for 3-5 at least

Most of you seem to forget RR have a big 4 billion hole to fill in and at this present time the share price is going nowhere fast untill long haul flights resume, so be patient

I bought same day as Aviva I'm up over 2k l and g up 800 so IMHO Aviva a far better bet

The motley idiot yesterday said would not touch RR as melrose and weir group were better prospects and low and behold the Motley idiot says and I quote I will be adding RR to my portfolio. What a fool indeed.
I am with Arsenal on this long term hold as that is where the value holding these share will tell.
I'm not one like all these day traders quoting stupid guess prices but I put my money where I think these shares will double and quadruple my investment in five years time.

I can understand why this dropped just over 10p. I also hold Aviva and they have performed much better than l and g.

Don't read or listen to anything that the Fool posts he has mentioned every share in the FTSE 100 250 etc etc one minute he recommends a stock then two months later says he wouldn't invest in Lloyd's.
IMHO Lloyd's are a great investment long term.
Other investment's Aviva Legal and general BP RR

Tom if your in this for the long term 3-5 years you will double or triple your investment no problem.
I'm in only for 5k but I'm also in Lloyd's long term. Aviva has been my best so far this year as re investing dividends with legal and general and I just added BP about two months ago

Looks like all the day traders are crying now.
I can't believe what I'm reading on some of these posts.
RR has just posted a massive loss and you are all expecting the share price to rise, be realistic and wait till the World gets back to some normality then you will start to see the SP rise steadily until then sit on your hands and wait you will double your money in a year to 18 months time but you will all have to be patient like all the long term investors like Arsenal.
