They have 350 mil in cash if you guys remember they have replaced the 400mil in debt with a 500mil bond which gives them 100mil extra and maybe this was the exact purpose of the extra 100mil.

£2.90 is wishful thinking and the premium will be to high however crazier thinks happened before.

Again , if you but all your hopes in a takeover you might be disappointed.

And on technicals alone we can expect a pullback which is actually healthy for the share price. The RSI is in overbought territory and there is 9-9 sell count on Demark as well so I do expect a pullback in the next 2 weeks to the 1st or 2nd line on the Fib retracement.

We will see what happens.

Hindy86 I agree with you . Pay that debt down and get 70 to 80 mil a year straight on the bottom line that alone will be worth more than the current market cap. Dividend at this point in time will be a very bad idea.

My only concern is that the current mgmt do not care at all about investors and if you watch the last presentation (around 1 hour video) you will see what I am saying.

What they say seems encouraging however you can tell they have a complete disregard for the share price.

Shorts might not be clever however they are right more often than not.

Look at PFC....hight short % big contract, share price to 40 and they short further...price comes down to 26

What I am trying to say is that 0.02% is nothing and has been done for us to see they are still here and the share price will go down next week (I don't know by how much).

And not to be disrespectful however when you see a lot of people shouting " £1 party "and "we can only go up from here" 90% of cases the share price goes lower.

This is so funny.....they've increased with the right amount just so they can appear for the PI's to see.

This games have been played on a lot of stocks before and just an example Hotel Chocolat which was 500p at the end of 22 just to be dragged all the way down to 100 like it was going bankrupt after which Mars comes in with a 370 offer and everyone thinks is a great offer.....crazy.

The share price will problaby fall next week however I will carry on buying twice a month as thinks at Mobico are not bad at all and if nothing changes drastically I will carry on adding for years.

In todays PPI number transportation and shuttle came in hot at a 2.2% rise month over month so that bodes well for NA profit.....so even if the takeover bid doesn't happen we will still be a lot higher in 24 months.

I think we will see shorts reducing further this afternoon however share price will be stuck here until they are gone in the absence of news.

Yep, they really bottled thinks up with the dividend..

When I bought in at 120 one of my friends told me this could drop to 60 or even brake 60 on the downwards and I laughed at him.....boy he was right.

what I am trying to say is that we have no idea what the sp will do until we get the results or further accumulation by IIs.

shorts closing more will also be a good sign.

That's right however we do not know if they are still buying.

some news would be nice while we have momentum.....the mgm is so quite..they never do a trading update before the final results so we have to wait until March to see what is happening.

We haven't touched 90 recently and I don't know if is is a barrier however there is a resistance around 92 which could bring us back to around 78....just speculation of course.
