I hold a lot like you here for the long term.

I am also trading this between 56 and 63…went long at 56 and short at 63….it worked twice so far.

Not a huge amount however it makes the waiting a bit more easier.

Analysts always lower the price targets after the fall and raise their targets after the rise….honestly any of us can be an analyst. Don’t put to much thought into it.

Pedro you sound a bit desperate….for this to hit 2£ they will need to get 3bil offer for the whole company which I don’t see happening.

I know I need to hold this for a few years now and I accept that.

What I don't get is how Systematica increased their short position at this price....maybe just a hedge against a long position???

Can people please stop saying big rise imminent, most of you who come with statements like this do not know anything about this company and the only way this gets a big increase is if an offer for the whole company is made.

I managed to add twice around 56p and I have another buy order at 48p and one at 77p as I do not know which will get hit first.

its painful now and maybe for some time however I think the risk reward is worth it IMO and it looks I will have to hold for a long time

I do not think your view is a de-ramp and everyone has to do what they do best.

I am not much of a trader and invest with a long term view and IMO I do not think this will go anywhere anytime soon and I hope I am wrong.

All I can do is add when I can and time my buys as well as I can and with that in view I just think I might be able to buy more under 60p.

It looks like we have time to buy this around 60p for the next 6 months, maybe even lower depending on the macro…no rush.

If it was in my power I would use 70mil to buy back 20% of the float and offset the decline in eps after the sale .

They sell a small part of the business and they could get as much money as the total enterprise value of the rest of the company plus 350 mil in cash.

I do not get it….I know is not sold yet however they might be off by a few hundreds and still…..bonkers.

It makes you question how far thinks go sometimes as a lot if us thought 120 was a cheap price hence a lot of us bought at that price and in a matter of days a lot of people think 120p is not that bad.

It just feels like somehow it was all made to take out all the PIs all this is just speculation of course but it makes you wonder.

You have to think that if they over 1bn for NA buss only they will not take any debt probably however if someone offers 1bn for the while business they are taking a lit of debt as well that’s why I think somewhere between 800mil and 1.1bn its not out of the question.

HopelessValue is the closest one in my opinion when it comes to a potential value and we have to take in account the 350mil on the balance sheet.

If they pay out all the debt they will have around 80 mil going straight to the bottom line as that was the interest payment and should compensate for the loss from NA buss sale.

For some reason they are not disclosing everything like the 88 mil spent on the new business they bought in Spain and I am just thinking they will not use the proceeds to pay off the debt and instead maybe try to go for a new business maybe Train across the Chanel. I just think why do they wanna pay off debt that has just been refinanced long term at 4.8%.

For some reason they like having debt on the balance sheet.

My opinion only however they seem a bit secretive and it feels like there is something else brewing.

We can all come up with some math for how much it would be worth however it seems we cannot trust any of the mgmt projections at this point.

It will be worth as much as someone is prepared to pay for it.

The good think about it is that we have seen in the past that there is demand for this type of business and hopefully they can start a small bidding war as there are a lot of money on the sidelines for acquisitions.

We will have to wait and and I know now it seems like this will take years to recover however all we need is a bid for the entire company and we are past 120 in my opinion.

I got quite a few at 60 and I am gonna carry on buying once a month however I will own so many shares of this company, more than any company ever before.

We all have to take a big risk at some point in our life and mine looks to be Mobico.

I just feel it all seems so messy I just don’t know how are they taking so many bad decision as no one is that *tupid and I know is not easy to run a large company but there is definitely a better way which most of us saw a year ago.

No divi, sell part of the business, pay down debt.

They must have panicked about a hostile takeover or low offer and I also wonder how did M&G timmed it do perfectly.

They are the second largest school bus operator and shuttle transfer in NA.

They will get a good amount and there will be a special divident from the sale maybe.

It’s hard to put a number on it.

This has been done on purpose as someone with a functioning brain gets an offer first and then announce it not the other way.

I have never seen this before, not in this manner anyway.
