I think the main one was why the Rosgeo JV was allowed to expire. To long ago to remember the others.

Obviously IMO however if CS would care to take me to task over my comments I would welcome any discourse that he would wish to engage in.

Last AGM I attended online and a few questions that I raised on the live link were totally ignored.

CS is guilty of either gross incompetence or downright lies. Not sure which but it has cost me over £70K as things sit.

Hoping he pulls Rabbit out of the hat and surprises us all but at the moment any confidence has evaporated.

The KK loan has been the biggest shadow for me as it seems to be clouded in mystery as to where the money went and for what. Also the BOD don't seem keen to reference it as an asset in any comms.

As I say its a shadow that hasn't been fully explained. Or if it has it is something I have missed.

I have been concerned about Yellow Jersey since they took over the PR role. They act for ICON a company that has historically shafted shareholders. I believe they have no morals about who they represent . I can only hope that it isn't a reflection of the type of company EUA could turn out to be.. After holding an interest here for nearly 4 years and at great loss the only thing I have left is hope that EUA are not a scam company and there might be some value to recover here if the assets ever get sold. As I say like many it is only hope that is left as any confidence evaporated a long time ago.

For anyone keeping an eye on the trades the the 344,857 at 11:23 was a buy.

Don't know why they use such an archaic system for logging buys and sells. It must benefit the MM's in some way.

Unlikely that suspension will be automatically lifted as soon as the accounts are signed off. Likely to be some kind of lead time.

As regards the AGM perhaps they are using the accounts as a delay tactic to postpone the AGM whilst they work in the background agreeing a sale deal. This is possibly just wishful thinking on my part but finding it difficult after being involved here for nearly 4 years and a massive loss to feel positive about the outcome.

I will be voting against reinstating CS at the AGM if there is no deal on the table to vote for. He is either guilty of incessant bull crap or Grose incompetence over the last 3 years with some of the statements he has made.

SP @ 27p and mention of a significant dividend ! Also backed up by John Meyer with "Massive Dividend"

So expecting nothing less than north of 20p for sale of assets. Not holding my breath for anything more than that.

Does anyone Know how long after the accounts are completed is before suspension can be lifted ?

Also that the AGM will 3 months late by the time accounts are sorted.

Will lack of an AGM affect the lifting of suspension ?

My AJ Bell portfolio is showing zero value. 100% loss against my EUA shares.

I have never seen this happen with suspended shares before. Hope its either its nothing sinister !

Frying pan and fire comes to mind with regards the election. On a positive note our choices are a little better than those of the American public when they visit the polling booth.

What's the betting that the BOD use the election as any excuse for any further delay in the alleged asset sale ?

So far under water here I can see otherwise unknown forms of life everywhere. Mostly in the shape of new monikers.

Simple buys vs sells as listed are inaccurate and cannot not be used as a serious guide.

It often happens when a share price is falling that it looks like buys out weigh sells and likewise when the share price is rising that the sells out weigh buys.

It occurs due to the lag of the bid and ask being updated.
