Director buy: Seems it its being viewed with a little suspicion by the market. Trust in the BOD is in a little short supply after getting whacked by the last placing.

Tone Goh yourself and other directors are going to need to dig a little deeper into those pockets if you want to restore shareholder faith.

Either that or some positive news on Sement so we know it doesn't go the same way as Easysend or Bonfire.

Also could do with seeing a little marketing of Bake services other than a Linkedin rocket emoji.

The next placing will be pre-empted by a consolidation RNS in Q4 followed by a placing within 2-3 months. Just a guess but history tends to lend itself to my view.

Size of the spread is keeping volume at bay. Putting traders/investors off getting involved.

Wellesley is a NED not a CEO. as Stated in the most recent RNS; Yet he is titled as CEO on the Angra fx website.

So which is correct ?

GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech company, announces that the Company has been informed by Christopher Wellesley, Non-Executive Director of the Company, that he sold 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1.275 pence per share on 25 April 2025.

Note "Non-executive Director"

News to say he had been promoted to CEO

He has been in a position as a NED not the CEO which was supposed to happen once FCA approval had been achieved as stated in RNS 4th Jan 2024. I havent seen any

Tills ringing are a good thing but only if they are taking more than it costs to keep the shop open. That is the question we don't know the answer to.

What seems off is how a company can miss the fact they had a parcel of diamonds potentially worth millions and knew nothing about it. How many parcels have gone missing that knew nothing about ?

When did Wellesley get the CEO position ? Its showing on the Angra FX website.

I thought he was supposed to be a NED until such times as Angra Ltd got FCA approval. I haven't seen an RNS regarding any of this.

A bigger question is why would the CEO dilute his holding by 2 thirds ?

There is lot here that isn't adding up at the moment so it is no wonder the SP is where it is and I feel like a sucker for participating in the last placing.

I doubt he is that desperate for £25K !

He could be just playing the market. Sell a chunk. watch the SP drop then step back in and hoover up a few additional shares.

Speculation on peoples motives are endless. However it doesn't instill confidence.

BOD need to provide an update on the SEMNET listing seeing as they used that news to get a placing away. About time they started to show a return for investors here.

I had a look at the sample profile and it doesn't give any details on company revenues.

Also noted that private companies maybe exempt from having to submit accounts.

So still in the dark but thanks anyway.

It is a Ltd company so accounts must be available somewhere.

Does anyone know where to find info on Sement company accounts. I did a few google searches but cant seem to find anything.

Also checked the company address but couldn't find them on the Building register for the address that they have on their website.

My participation in the “discounted” retail share placing is looking pretty grim right now.

I have been waiting a rebound to offload them and recover the £20K I put in which is about 2 3rds of my holding here
