I cant believe they would have gone for dual listing without some knowledge of a demand for shares over there. Perhaps they are filling an order and may well see late trades being posted. Here's hoping anyway..

Obviously you don't have a grasp as to how this works. Buys v Sells cannot be relied on as an indicator during times of rapid price movement.

Attention seeking point scorers. This board has been full of them for years.

The tightest spread I have seen here in recent times. Hopefully this will give confidence to new investors as I feel it has been putting people off getting involved.

An example of another share I am invested in Symphony Environmental Technologies. Did an equity raise on the 8th May for £2.5M at a premium. the shares were bought at 20p each whilst they had previously been trading at 3.25p. I was fortunate enough to be holding prior to that RNS.

Now that is how you do fund raising.

Lloyd I see some logic in your thinking but my view is; If I was on the board and there was good news to be released within a few weeks I would hold off the placing for a better SP and minimise any dilution.

Perhaps the wide spread ?

On a positive note the ask is now up to 13p I haven't seen that recently.

Might have a look back in when this goes to 0.9p or lower just to play the trades. Todays news of another placing doesn't inspire confidence in this being an investment. Relegated to short term trading only. Much easier to trade the spikes when you have no confidence that this will go to the moon.

Based on what exactly ? They are obviously not making money hence the raise and so soon after the last one.

Offloaded £5K worth on the bell then went straight to NT so stuck with another £20K + that I cant unload all at a loss but better than seeing this back down below 1p if history of the last placing is anything to go by

For once I agree with Massive if the listing is confirmed then confidence will prevail and its surely going 3-5p.

Leew its its not about Semnet valuation its about shareholder confidence. a lot are waiting for a boost in SP on that listing going through.

I don't see the crypto treasury as being significant here; every 2 bit start up seems to be jumping on that bandwagon. Just a gamble with company funds.

In the short term IMO this hinges on the Semnet NASDAQ listing. If we get an RNS saying its not happening similar to Bonfirepay and Easysend then we are back in the 0.5's in a flash.
