I have plenty of funds in reserve but have zero confidence in reducing my average due to lack of info from the company or the means to do any deep dive DD in to the operations of the group. The Semnent nasdaq listing was heavily promoted by the BOD but now radio silence seems to be the norm.

GST may well be making money but we can only guess at how much. All I know is I am losing more money than at any point since my daughters went to University.

Could also be a reason why the BOD allowed all their extremely cheap warrants to expire as it may have been a condition by a potential buyer ?

Recent drop in SP is probably due to people thinking nothing going to happen here until after the dual listing and are taking funds to play elsewhere.

26p Warrants; are these American II’s holding any shares or looking to purchase hence why CS is keeping them onside?

Great point Del, Perhaps they could be the potential buyers meaning the sale price would be in excess of 26p and they can hoover them up once a sale has gone through. Here's hoping anyway.

Does anyone know what the relation ship is with Jarvis securities and GST ?

I stumbled across Jarvis whilst doing some research (Not GST related) and noted that among their RNS releases they have included GST RNS releases also.

Finding it a little confusing so anyone with any insight would be appreciated.

Sennet are looking at a NASDAQ listing not GST.
