I agree with you about the board being unreadable. I have given up reading most of what is now written here due to the petty point scoring that goes on.

Regarding your bullet points of the AGM. I would just like to support it as a pretty accurate summing up of the AGM having signed in and attended it myself. Thank you for posting.

No point selling now will get £80 for £1120 paid. Might as well wait it out in the unlikely event that there is a rescue package.

Can't see a dilution being very fruitful with the SP where it is.

Looks like our fears have been confirmed. Reckon they have no stock possibly because they haven't been paying suppliers.

Should have sold a couple of hours ago and taken what scraps were available.

Had a look via your link and there is very little. Even if you view all women's wear there aren't pages of stuff and the few things I clicked on have limited availability of sizes. Unlike other on-line outlets you would be trawling through pages and pages of items.

That’s correct. Something along those lines was stated. Then they followed it up with a release of shares for a fund raise and didn’t get the sale negotiation over the line. So not sure if I would believe that line again.

What concerns me is why they have proposed the right to issue more shares to market when £28M has been passed over to subsidiaries without explanation as to what they have done with it. The Subs are all showing a loss in the accounts.

Also confused why the DFS hasn't been released for us to see what it contains. We don't how positive or negative the report is.

I haven't forgotten but you seem to be to daft to realise that is only a portion of the assets. As Magnum pointed out even at 10% its still worth 800M. Its not rocket science to realise EUA is seriously undervalued.

11.2Moz of Platinum equivalent x todays spot price of £715.00 per ounce . 715 x 11.2 x 1M = £8.008Bn

We all know what the market (correctly or incorrectly) is currently valuing the company at via the SP/Mcap.

What we don't know is what figure the BOD are hoping to achieve. If you were selling a house, Car or small business you would put up a for sale sign saying this is what we want either offers above £??? or £??? near offer.

So why is it we are still guessing what we could possibly be worth.

Also lacking is publication of the DFS that we have been waiting so long for. It is price sensitive info and should be released to the public.

More a case of hoping for positive news than expecting it!

All the positivity has been knocked out of me with the BODs silence and catastrophic fall in the SP. I haven't topped up here in months even at these prices. Presently sitting on a substantial 85% loss against my average if I sold today.

Hoping for something postive.

Modest placing ? They are looking to raise the same as the companies Mcap as it stands. A placing to raise that much on current SP would halve shareholder value. I bought here expecting a quick turnover for a small profit based on the recent proposed offer of 10.5p Now left holding a substantial loss which looks like its about to get compacted.

I scanned the numbers yesterday and was wondering why the was a drop in cash reserves considering revenue and output is up.

Who are Kovinsky Stone I'm wondering and what have they done for their £10m. I haven't seen that name crop up anywhere previously.
