Shouldn't there have been an RNS by now informing us of the AGM date and location ?

I thought they had to give 28 days notice. Its due in June and the last day would be Friday 30th.

The way it reads to me is they are stating that Russian codes are more reliable be than western ones.
My take on it anyway.

Offer and a credible one therefore it’s impossible to say if a “firm” offer has been received.

Problem is there is no real penalty for them in failing in that department. Not like anyone is going to get the sack.
Although I have seen AIM listed companies putting out all sorts of piffling info just to support the share price. Perhaps they don't feel the need to try and prop it up. lets hope so anyway.

I cant see how the BOD are not breaching regulations if they do not inform the market of price sensitive info; which all would agree this certainly is.

EUA didn't release an RNS 31st March 2017

I haven't been involved in this share for a good while now as ploughed in elsewhere. However I always have it on my watchlist and I'm surprised after that RNS that this hasn't held a 50% rise this morning.
Problem I guess is they need to be showing signs that profits are coming.
Good luck all I shall continue to watch this for the future.

I share your sentiments entirely.
Had enough of holding here awaiting a recovery for something I thought would be concluded 18Months ago. It would take one hell of a rerate in the SP now to have any confidence in anything to do with EUA2.

I bought in there pre admin and was sitting on a decent profit then suspended. Glad to see it back so much so that I doubled my holding there this morning for the simple reason that they haven't battled to get it back trading without a decent plan to take things forward. I guess a different perspective for me as I haven't lost anything there.
Its a punt but rarely do you see companies bounce back from administration.
either way I'm hopeful for a return at some point. As I am with EUA
