With reference to the financing element, your looking at it as purely on an Araguaia basis, bring into the mix the other Onca Puma site we have namely Vermelho and this I feel will be a major part of the equity piece of the jigsaw. Listen to the Proactive Jeremy did last week although financing was delayed by around 3 months, he talks about minimum dilution to shareholders and also mentions Vermelho so definitely worth a listen and will no doubt bring you up to speed on what is happening. IMHO we should hear something quite soon reference the next piece of the jigsaw, its getting very interesting. GLA

I presume this will be paid for hopefully out of cashflow from Trinidad?

JM last night mentioned that the debt part was sorted and was now on with the equity part and wanted minimum dilution, what happens if they have a buyer for Vemelho sooner rather than later, this would then reduce the amount they would need and therefore minimise dilution to shareholders, time will tell I know, but I felt that their is a bigger reason why this has been delayed and hopefully we should hear something a little more definitive in the not too distant future. GLA

Well hopefully the delay will mean better terms rather them not give it away by taking a little longer but seems it is coming together and gives us more time to accumulate some more as the traders will be selling short term.

End of Q3 - Q4 so good news, sorting out the equity piece to minimise dilution.
